Brilliant location, home and host. Don't bother staying anywhere else as this experience was perfect.

Among all the Airbnb that I have went to in NZ, this is the best out of all. Perfect view, good price, cozy house and complete with all the amenities provided. Waking up with the mountain view was simply amazing. If I had a chance to travel to Queenstown again, this would be my number one choice of staying. Highly recommended.

Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

Very clean house; looked just like the photos. Well stocked kitchen and super close market to walk to made cooking easy. Jill also included a notebook with clear instructions and stuff to do in the area.

From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She made my partner’s birthday so special with heartfelt touches we’ll never forget. Beryle went above and beyond in every single way. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. I would use my last dying breath to recommend you stay with Beryle. This was more than a place to sleep — it was a highlight of our trip, thanks to one remarkable woman. This place is a gem! There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. And the view is incredible! I could spend hours sitting on the deck watching the sky change over the mountains and the lake. Can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip to Queenstown!

The view from the house is fantastic—you can overlook the lake and the glacier. It is close to Queenstown city. It was definitely an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it!

It’s a great place to spend a few days, as the views are spectacular with horses and sheep around the property! We surely enjoyed our stay at the place! Just that all the washrooms are clubbed together into a large one, with stalls for shower and toilets! It looked like a great place for hosting any event or such… Overall we did enjoy our stay thanks to the amazingly beautiful surroundings!

We absolutely adored staying at Te Awa Lodge on our recent trip to Wanaka. It was a gorgeous riverside home with an amazing hot tub and sauna, which we loved using after our hikes. Graeme and Carolyn were such warm, welcoming hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The property is easily accessible to Wanaka (10-15 min) and Mount Aspiring (1 hour) . Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

absolutely stunning place. Worth every penny spent. it has everything that you ask for, great rooms, great views, boat loads of amenities, huge collection of games, DVDs, books. the room upstairs provides you opportunity for Star gazing while lying on bed. perfect for family. my kid loved this home the most with so many things to do. absolutely perfect in all sense

This crib is all about the view which is clearly spectacular. No other reviews have referenced the property’s layout which I will do here - not as a criticism, but as an observation so that folks can take same into consideration. The property has 2 bedrooms - however they are effectively joined (wth a small ante room in between) meaning that the second bedroom can only be accessed via the first bedroom. This arrangement is certainly noted in the property description; however it’s not apparent from the photos. Folks may need to take this arrangement into account, depending on who they’re sharing with, noting that the occupant of the second bedroom needs to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay & everything the property and surrounds had to offer! Thanks Fiona!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Queenstown! The panoramic views were breathtaking, and the location was ideal to explore Queenstown and the surrounding area. Quiet and nice little area with all the necessary amenities within 10mins of driving. Room is clean with a basic kitchen enough for meal preparation.

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown. Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.
