We really enjoyed our stay here— the view was so beautiful and all the amenities at the house were amazing. It was very comfortable. Most of all, we’ve never had such a friendly and helpful host. We will return for sure.

I think this is my favorite AirBNB I've ever stayed in. I can't say enough good things about this apartment! It's gorgeous, and it's very obvious that a lot of work went into it. The owners clearly have an appreciation for the town of Florence & its history. The location is fantastic; super sleepy downtown, but with a couple restaurants/bars/coffee shop to enjoy. Also a very easy commute to Ft Hood. Perfect location, great value, would absolutely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was gorgeous and within walking distance to Main Street. We enjoyed spending our honeymoon in Fredericksburg and we will definitely be coming back to stay at Jordan’s house!

This is the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in with our dogs. The place has several open grassy areas where they were able to really run and play at full speed. The house is perfect as well - I have never seen a host more thoughtful about every little detail, even leaving the cutest toys and treats for our fur babies. The house was so comfortable, clean, and thoughtful and Amanda was such a sweet host. The sunrises are stunning and the stars are beautiful. A perfect place to get away and just slow down. We hope to be able to visit again for longer.

Beautiful home! Lots of space, clean and great for families.

This was a beautiful space and so peaceful! We felt right at home and were able to stay on separate floors with private spaces for my daughter and her baby. The kitchen was fully stocked if you needed anything at all. The bed was comfortable and the water extremelyhot in the shower, which was a beautiful design. The antiques throughout the house made it feel even more comfortable and to me. But my favorite part had to be the view which included live and up close views of a small grazing herd of deer each evening right outside our steps. Would absolutely book again!

This was our sixth stay at one of Cheryl’s river houses, and it was just as wonderful as always! Peaceful mornings on the back porch, watching the wildlife, were the perfect escape. My girls had a blast fishing, and I was able to hop on a Zoom meeting with no Wi-Fi issues at all. We never miss a stop at Jo Momma’s—great burgers and under 10 minutes away. Dinner at TJ’s @ The Old Forge in Bandera was delicious (the white gravy is a must!), and Out of the Way Café remains a favorite. Their breakfasts are amazing, and I’m hooked on the chicken tenders and sandwich. Can’t wait for visit #7!

Felt right at home. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you could possibly need. The smoke house is awesome & made bbqing fun. It felt like a secluded hideaway near the water. Definitely recommend staying here.

This place is one of the prettiest places I have ever been too! So peaceful and quiet. You feel like you have this whole place to yourself. The sunsets were stunning! I can’t wait to go back.

It was perfect and a place where you can recoup and restore. I loved it the cleanness and the placement of it was perfect and I love how the gym was right next to it! Recommended place for anyone to stay for sure !

We absolutely loved our stay here! You absolutely get your money’s worth for this stay. We booked it for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect way to relax and wind down after the stress of wedding planning. It was comfortable, clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable to stay at! The private fencing and provided streaming services were greatly appreciated. P.S. We highly recommend getting a bite to eat at the Leaning Pear. It was our favorite restaurant in the area.

Great peaceful quiet place love the atmosphere very peaceful. I can’t emphasize on beautiful and relaxing.

This is a 6 acre farm located in an equestrian community, there are 3 horses, 2 ponies, goats, sheep, ducks, chicken, parrots and plenty of other birds. The hosts will take you around the animals and explain how the whole farm came about as a second chance for the animals. There is a pool on the property for you to enjoy and we also took a ride on the Polaris. My son enjoyed spending time with Wyatt (9yrs old) who took him fishing on a nearby dock and took him around the pool, trampoline and played with water guns. Both Bastrop and Austin are 25mn away so the location is flexible to enjoy both towns while being on a farm.

We loved our stay at Kim's ranch! The house had so many daily necessities that all I needed to do was order my groceries. The kids were never bored and Otis was too cute. If we're ever back in the area, I know where we're staying. 😊

We booked this place for the privacy and the unique bathrooms and were not disappointed! This place is super secluded with a private pool and spa that overlooks the dry blanco river bed. We hiked thru the ravine and saw deer, lizards and just about every species of migratory bird in the area. The painted buntings were literally singing to us from the trees above the pool, so that alone made the trip for us! We book for nature and privacy and this spot checked all our boxes and then some. Thanks, Grant for being a fantastic host!

Beautiful house with lovely amenities. We’ve stayed a few times at this location over the last five years and it’s still well maintained. Would stay again.

This is an incredible place. Because we arrived late (after dark), we had some difficulty finding the exact location but Larry, the park host, was incredibly helpful and went all out to help us find the place and get settled in. The location is fantastic and a perfect place to chill and do nothing. There are activities (trails, biking, etc.) if you are interested. The park host was fantastic. I give this place my highest recommendation!

We absolutely LOVED this place!! My fiance and I needed a place to stay for the night with our dachshund and this was the best place we could have picked! We rented the kayaks and it was so much fun🙌🏼 props to the owners of this place, because the decoration was amazing!! I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for everything!!

The Airbnb was beautiful and the location was so relaxing. It’s close to downtown Bastrop which has cute cafes and boutiques.

Great place to relax and unwind away from the noise of the city. The view was gorgeous and hosts were very responsive. Really enjoyed visiting the Twin Sisters dance hall for some good music and fun. Will definitely be back!

We only stayed one night, but I absolutely loved this property! Easy to get to and to check in. The host was super responsive and helpful as well! All the animals are also a huge bonus!

The Hobbit’s Nest was exactly what I needed and was looking for. This was my first Air BnB experience and it was easy & hassle free. The price paid was very reasonable. EXQUISITE details. My dog loved the ramp up! The host had everything we needed! The AC worked great!! There’s a small fridge. Grill was used for every meal and all utensils and plates were available. Propane was full. I could not find the fire starter but there was dry wood. We ended up not being able to do s’mores because of the rain. Beware: we got in after a heavy rain and it rained again the second night. Because of this, the rain water was dripping down the walls of the treehouse and through the ceiling. Limited space after setting up the two cots for my sons and was difficult to find a spot that water wasn’t dripping down on them while they slept. Had to use towels and buckets. Grass was really high so couldn’t see trail well. Oh- smell of sewage was strong while grilling so was a bit unappealing but we made due.

Everything was easy and looked just like the pictures! It was gorgeous and clean. We played games, rode around the neighborhood in the golf cart and looked at deer - such a nice peaceful neighborhood. We went down to the water and laughed every time we had to climb back up the stairs and for some reason it felt harder each time, lol. We took our boat out onto the lake and fished- it was nice having a launch so close. This has been one of our favorite lake houses. We had a great time making memories!
