Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Centro

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Staying at Gustavo's house is paradise. He has thought of every little detail in this spacious and unique home he designed himself. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, all residential, but at the same time you are either only 2 minutes away from a taxi, or only 5 mins away from the bus, to get anywhere you want to go. Taxi ride from the house to the main attractions is 10 mins or less. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and city life, so easy to get anywhere, and a 10 minute walk gets you to Retiro Park and it's beautiful peacocks! Gustavo is so accommodating and thoughtful, he learned of some complications I had and made some very considerate gestures that most hosts would not even think of. The home is spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. 3 full beds and 3 full baths, every amenity you can think of. We fell in love with Madrid and this house, and will definitely return.

Una maravilla de alojamiento. A estrenar, con todos los detalles que puedas necesitar para tu estancia. En pleno Malasaña y sin embargo es un oasis de tranquilidad. Rodeado de Supermercados, bares, cafés, restaurantes.. al lado de la gran vía. Proceso de check in super fácil y Paola ha estado para resolver nuestras dudas siempre. Lo aconsejo 100%. Volvere!

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Bárbaras apartment. The apartment is just a short walk to a metro station or you could head into Central Madrid via a beautiful park. Everything you will need is in the apartment and the pool was a fantastic treat after the hot Madrid days. Thanks Bárbara for a wonderful stay.

Un bellissimo appartamento, in una zona centralissima. Comodissimi gli spostamenti L’host è stato estremamente gentile e ci ha permesso di fare il check-in con flessibilità. Ci ha pure lasciato un kit di benvenuto molto gradito con un’ottima cheesecake ☺️

Very nice modern apartment in Madrid. On the first floor which is nice for getting bags up and down. Near the heart of Madrid with access to all the major transit lines to get around the city. Would stay again!

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

Irina's apartment was magical! So beautiful, thoughtfully and personally decorated, and one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. Can't recommend the place enough for your stay in Madrid.

Bel et grand appartement, bien situé et bien équipé. L'épicerie se trouve à un jet de pierre de l'appartement. Nous étions deux couples et l'appartement de par sa division nous a permis d'avoir chacun notre intimité. Notre arrivée s'est très bien déroulée à l'aide d'une bonne accommodation de la part de nos hôtes. Je recommande fortement ce lieu.

Logement parfait pour visiter Madrid ! Très propre et au calme. L’appartement est très bien entretenu. La localisation est parfaite car vous serez à même pas 5 min de la station la latina mais tout se fait à pied quasiment. Beaucoup de commerces et bar à tapas autour. Pablo saura vous accueillir parfaitement, il donne quelques itinéraires pour découvrir Madrid et n’hésite pas à vous donner quelques conseils, si vous le solliciter. Nous sommes venus avec un bébé et c’est parfaitement accessible malgré les 4 étages.

Roberto y Marco fueron unos anfitriones excepcionales, siempre atentos y dispuestos. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, aunque más bonito en directo. Estaba limpio y tenía toallas y ropa de cama en abundancia. La zona es espectacular, al lado del Retiro. Muy cuidada y limpia. A pesar de ser un barrio con mucha vida en el apartamento no se escuchaba ruido por la noche. Repetiría sin dudar.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Paola's ground floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and modern, with a very comfy bed.Air con and washing machine came in very handy. Easy walk to supermarkets, transport links and city highlights. Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay :)

Such a perfect apartment for a weekend in Madrid. Within walking distance of the palace and central Madrid, including restaurants and cafes nearby too. The apartment had everything I needed and was perfectly set up, exactly how it looks in the pictures. Check in was super easy and Lila sent very clear instructions ahead of arrival and departure. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay in Madrid for exploring the city.

Laura es con diferencia la host más amable y servicial que he encontrado en Airbnb y esa amabilidad se plasma en los pequeños detalles que están en el apartamento que hacen muy agradable la estancia. Muy pendiente del huésped, ofreciendo siempre recomendaciones útiles para hacer agradable la estancia, estuvo constantemente disponible para ayudar o simplemente ofrecer tips sobre la zona. El apartamento tiene todo lo indispensable para una estancia cómoda de varias días, ademas que está muy bien ubicado. A dos cuadras del edificio se encuentran estaciones de líneas de metro principales y es muy sencillo llegar caminando a lugares emblemáticos como La Almudena, el Palacio Real, la Plaza Mayor o Sol. El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy cómodo. Laura ha sabido cómo aprovechar muy bien el espacio. La conexión a internet es excelente, en caso que se necesite trabajar y se requiera buen ancho de banda.

Ho soggiornato in questa fantastica stanza a Madrid e non posso che raccomandarla vivamente! La posizione era perfetta, situata in un quartiere vivace e ricco di ristoranti e attrazioni. La stanza era perfetta , accogliente e ben arredata, con tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza super bella e non vedo l'ora di tornare. Consiglio vivamente questa stanza a chiunque visiti Madrid!
