Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

It is an ideal oasis of peace for couples, families with children and enthusiastic travelers who want to discover the beauty of South Bohemia. A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

The apartment is located in a smaller apartment building right on the water. Around the house is a large garden with a grassy playground, swimming pool and children's playground. There is also free parking right next to the house. The entire compound is private. While adults can sit on the deck for good food and drink, the kids will hang out in the garden or in the pool.

Lipenská Chajda offers magical accommodation in the historic village of Radslav. The accommodation is located in the historic village of Radslav near Černá in Pošumaví, a few minutes walk from Lipna beach. Chajda is suitable for 1-2 families or for 6 friends, who will be throughout the stay under the supervision of the elf Radoslav, who stands right at the front door. The hotel in the immediate vicinity also offers our guests a sauna, massages, all-day meals and bicycle rental.
