Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chakvi

The apartment has everything we could possibly need, and even more – you’ve created such a cozy and comfortable space. We are very happy with our choice. We liked the location and apartment. My only complaint was thinking there were 2 beds (based on a photo and the listing description). We stayed a month -sleeping on a sofa bed for a month was not what I expected as an older traveler. The one actual bed was decent and used by the taller of us. Other than that, everything was fine and we were generally comfortable. Caution: If you’re a light sleeper, you might be sensitive to neighbors nighttime noises. Hosts were helpful.

Absolutely wonderful space. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is. It has a beautiful view and all the amenities and details you would need for your stay. The location of the apartment is perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance from the beach and boulevard. The hosts were so kind and responsive. They even came over late in the evening to solve a few issues we were facing. Amazing people. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended.

I loved the apartment, the host is very attentive and responds fast. The location is great, close to the old town, but the building is fairly fresh. The apartment is well furnished and tastefully decorated. There is a small balcony for a coffee and a cigarette if you're into it. As of May 2025, no construction going on near the windows, which is a big plus in Batumi. However, be aware that there is a big road construction going on on the way to the sea from the apartment. It doesn't affect your accomodation at all, but it makes your walk to the sea a little longer.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Хорошая квартира, хорошее расположение, чистая, все необходимое есть. Полностью соответствует описанию. Вид на море с балкона. Цена в начале сезона полностью оправдана.

Bina çok eski fakat genel olarak batumdaki binaların birçoğu eski . Eski Batum bölgesinde genel olarak bir restorasyon süreci var . Her bina tadilatta. Lilunun evinin bulunduğu bina kötü ve bakımsız fakat evin kapısını açıp içeriye girdiğinizde bambaşka bir boyuta geçiş yapıyorsunuz. Resmen bir sanatçının eli değmiş. Ev çok güzel.lilu ilgili ve yardımsever . Evin balkonu da muhteşem. Bitkileri seven bir ev sahibi ve bizler de bitkilerini suladık. Tek olumsuz bulduğum konu evde bulunan tavandaki renk değiştiren ışıklar . Bu modern dizaynı basitleitirdiğini düşünüyorum. Binanın altında hb ve münchen restaurantlar var ve gayet kaliteli restoranlar. Civarda cafe pub ve restaurantlar , piazza meydanı Avrupa meydanı Ali nino heykelleri gübi turistik yerler yürüme mesafesinde. Herşey için teşekkürler lilou 🙏🏻

Приехал первый раз в Батуми и решил попробовать забронировать квартиру, заранее списался с Мадоной, все рассказала, объяснила, очень добрая и отзывчивая, сразу отвечает на сообщения. Квартира очень хорошая, удобное местоположение, все близко, спасибо большое за гостеприимство. 😄👍🏻

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

Забронировали через сайт дом, сумма списалась, когда приехали оказывается дом был занят другими посетителями. К счастью, хозяин быстро ответил, деньги вернули!

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Нам все очень понравилось ! Кухня оборудованна на все 200%, есть абсолютно все необходимые вещи . Очень комфортно было в доме . Комнаты отличные , супер терраса , рядом пляж 150 шагов . Песок на пляже просто фантастический . Вечером приезжает машина с фруктами и овощами , можно все купить. Очень отзывчивый хозяин , все что не просили, по какому вопросу не обращались все делали . Искренне Вас благодарим !!! Обязательно вернемся на след год . Впечатления остались восхитительные !!!!

The apartment was even better than on photos! Close to beach,but quiet,it's a great combination. Giorgi and Mary were nice and provided good service and hospitality) tasty wine;)

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

Apartamento novo, moderno e muito bem localizado, perfeito para uma estadia confortável. Além da proximidade com mercados e restaurantes, o prédio conta com uma loja de bolos e café, o que foi um grande diferencial. A experiência foi ótima, e com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Recomendo!

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Апартаментом вполне довольны. Апартаменты возле стройки. Перед окнами левее кран стоит. Если Вы заселяетесь не пополняют ни туалетной бумагой, ни шампунем, ни мылом. Можно было за умеренную сумму пополнить. К сожалению, у меня не было шампуня, только гель для душа.

Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
