Loft holiday rentals in Chamartín

El sitio no está mal, pero no tienes nada alrededor que merezca la pena. Nosotros nos quedamos porque teníamos en un principio un concierto cerca. Lo tiene bonito y moderno, pero es un poco claustrofóbico porque no tiene ventanas al exterior que tú puedas ver, parece un búnker. Aún así la limpieza está genial y es un sitio cómodo.

We had the most amazing 4 nights in Madrid. The apartment was ideally located, very central and easy to walk to main attractions. Apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Christine was a wonderful host who made our holiday in Madrid even better. I would highly recommend this wonderful little apartment that has been so cleverly designed. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Tolles Loft im Herzen von Madrid. Richtig gute Lage direkt am Parque Retiro, der grünen Lunge der Stadt. Die großen Museen usw. sind alle easy zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute, schöne Aufteilung über zwei Stockwerke und bietet genug Privatsphäre für alle Gäste. Die Kommunikation mit Alejandro leif absolut reibungslos, danke! Im Haus unten ist ein Kiosk, da bekommt man alles für den tägliche Bedarf, auch sein Gepäck kann man dort unterstellen. Insgesamt hatten wir zu dritt einen klasse Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Amazing place to stay at, I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb! It is in the heart of Madrid and had great restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. I plan to stay here again in the near future as it was a great location. The hosts are incredible people!

The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Excelente espacio y excelentes host. El lugar es cómodo, limpio, amplio y perfecto para estadías largas o cortas. Está en el piso 0 y es perfecto porque traíamos 4 maletas muy pesadas. Tiene a una cuadra un supermercado. A dos cuadras tiene la estación de metro Palos de la frontera y mucho comercio (restaurantes) alrededor. Es silencioso en las noches e ideal si deseas estar cerca a la estación Atocha o porque El retiro. Mil gracias por hospedarme

Excelente servicio, el lugar es muy céntrico pero no es bullicioso

Nuestra estancia en el piso de Marco ha sido perfecta. El alojamiento está muy bien situado y hemos podido ir a pie a todos los sitios que hemos visitado. Marco ha sido un excelente anfitrión: además de darnos flexibilidad en la entrada y la salida, también nos ha facilitado mucha información y recomendaciones.

This is one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Great location, easy to check in, super clean and with extra storage for your luggage’s if you arrived early.

Tanto a acomodação como Karena, a anfitriã são incríveis. Acomodação extremamente limpa e completa. Camas excelentes. Ambiente supera as imagens. Karena é uma anfitriã cuidadosa, atenta e sempre ágil em responder e ajudar. Recomendo muito!!!

everything was beyond perfection i felt right at home. location is perfect very easy access, the neighborhood is really nice and everything you’ll need is just minutes away. home was spacious even more than photos, squeaky clean, everything is new and full of all amenities you’ll need. the host is super friendly and responsive and the whole experience was amazing and worth every penny i paid.

El alojamiento está ubicado en un buen punto dentro de la ciudad de madrid, cercano a paradas de bus y al metro. Me sentí como en mi casa, esta limpio es cómodo y está muy bien amueblado. Lo volvería a elegir si vuelvo a madrid!

Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.

Gracias Maria por tan excelente servicio de tu parte, nos diste el acompañamiento que necesitábamos y fue maravilloso llegar y ver que nos dejasteis café, leche, horchata y galletas. O lugar é maravilhoso! Tudo novinho, limpo, bem cuidado e a localização é a cereja do bolo. Perto de mercado, restaurantes, ponto de ônibus e estação de metrô. Amei, ficaria de novo com certeza!

Elegimos el apartamento para poder acudir a una formación en el Palacio de hielo. Muy bien ubicado para lo que estábamos buscando, fácil aparcar por la zona. Con las instrucciones dadas, encontramos el apartamento sin problema. El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y muy bien aprovechado. La anfitriona ha estado atenta en todo momento y nos ha facilitado todo lo necesario para la estancia. Repetiremos sin duda si tenemos que volver.
