Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Charleston County

Everything was exactly as described and the location was FANTASTIC for traveling with small kids. Tamra & Lisa were great communicators ahead of and during our stay, even welcoming us with wine and cheese. Everything was comfortable and the pack n play & high chair on site were a great bonus. The kitchen is fully, full equipped if you like to do some cooking at “home” like we do. There are some fragile items at curious tot level but the living areas are child friendly. Absolutely recommend these hosts and this stay!

This place was so great for our girls trip! There was so much space and we enjoyed hanging out on the porch immensely. It is so close to everything in Charleston and there are lots of amenities nearby. Would stay again!

Our place wasn't quite ready when we arrived, due to party being thrown without Ashley knowing. Ashley tried reaching out but didn't get message due to driving. She was extremely pleasant and apologized repeatedly! She recommended few close places to go until she had house cleaned, was personally there cleaning. After we checked in found out a TV wasn't working and she replaced it the next day. Ashley communicated every day to make sure we were having a great time and asked if we needed anything. Her house was beautiful and in a convenient location! Would stay again.

David’s place on Folly Beach was a wonderful experience! It was located right on the beach, maybe one street over which made the beach experience much more enjoyable! David is a friendly and responsive host, would definitely recommend!

The house is even better than the pictures. Everything was beautiful and Lisa communicated very well and fast! Would def stay here again! Thank you so much for making our trip great with this stay!

Brandon was an outstanding, responsive host. The Cayman was so clean, you’d never know there was a dog in there. We usually travel with our dog, but didn’t on this trip and wish we did. First thing we all noticed upon entering was how fresh smelling and spotless things were. We loved the outdoor patio. It was an awesome spot to kick back & watch some games with some adult beverages, grill and not have to drive anywhere. Very private. We took advantage of the beach chairs to Isle of Palms & Sullivans. And loved the outdoor shower post beach. The bedrooms had adequate space and were immaculate. Nice to have 1 1/2 bathrooms + outside shower. Bathrooms nice & up to date. Kitchen is very nice,up to date, and not lacking. Easy access to roads, and close to a lot. Probably one of the nicer houses in the neighborhood, and exceptionally quiet. Would highly recommend.

We love our stay at Ryan’s place! The rooms are clean and modern. We especially enjoyed hanging out at the short lakeside dock seeing the fish swimming by! Would consider again if we were to visit Charleston/Folly beach again!

Jeramy was a great host! The home was immaculate. The garage had room to park in and was just what we needed for extra storage like beach items. The bikes are a lovely amenity, and the kids loved biking the neighborhood, which was quiet and very safe. There was an issue with the dryer apparently noted by the previous guest. Jeramy called to notify me and ask permission to fix the issue the day after we arrived. I was grateful for not only his being proactive in fixing this issue, but he was very polite in offering solutions so as to not interrupt our stay. He even offered suggestions for restaurants and outings if we needed. When any issues arose, he was very courteous and respectful and always responsive, which not all hosts can be credited for. We would definitely recommend staying, but note: the beach is closer to a 45 min to hour drive away. We never minded because of what we got to come “home” to. 😃 the pillows/beds are the best of any vacation home I’ve ever stayed in! ❤️

What a beautiful location! Some of the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen! Great grocery store conveniently located close by! Close to restaurants and shopping!

We absolutely loved Danelle’s place. It was so cute and very clean. Loved seeing the alpacas. We don’t go to that area often, but if we go back, we will definitely stay again.

Great place! Not ideal location with ubering, but still about 15 minutes away from downtown. Otherwise fantastic.

Matt’s place was comfy and we very much enjoyed our stay. Park Circle is always a great time and happy that we stayed!

It was a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy all the things Folly Beach has to offer while being in a peaceful, lovely place. We were able to walk to the beach, walk to all the restaurants, Bert’s. I highly recommend staying here

Master bed was very comfortable, kitchen and linens was well stocked and bathrooms/bedrooms were clean. We felt very comfortable staying here and it was central to most of the things we wanted to do. Thank you!

I loved everything about this beautiful property, they have everything that you need , it’s very kid friendly, looks just like the pictures and I love that this house is rooted in God !

While our stay here was just a quick stop and we did not have time to enjoy the amenities it was out of this world. The ambiance of the cabin and surroundings grounds was immaculate.

Nice cozy cabin, worked great for our little family! Access to a fully stocked kitchen. Host provided bottled water for us since property on well water. Great host, nice place!

We had a fantastic stay at this peaceful and beautiful property! It was the perfect retreat between games at the Shipyard baseball tournament. The setting is incredibly private and serene—just what we needed to relax and recharge. The house was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. There was plenty of space for our two groups, and the layout worked perfectly, allowing everyone to have some privacy while still spending time together. Another bonus: fishing gear was available, and the pond made for an excellent way for the boys to unwind. This property truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. William was responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This place lived up to its name "The Sanctuary." So beautiful and peaceful. Very well decorated. Dustin was so welcoming and responsive. We want to come back!

Traveling from Kansas for our granddaughter’s high school graduation, this place fit the bill! This little place has loads of charm, with everything you need inside the cabin and surrounded by beautiful greenery, ponds, docks and gazebo! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating! We found our SC spot and will be returning for sure!

If you are looking for a beautiful, serene, and relaxing stay that’s still near the beach, book this NOW. What an absolutely incredible little getaway. The cabin itself was perfect, plenty of space for us and our toddler and extremely comfortable. The beds were great, and the abundance of windows throughout the cabin let us see the property from all angles which was so nice. Walking out on to the porch to hear the frogs and see the fish and the pond was an absolute highlight. Marie and Sean were so so communicative, and we did take Marie up on her offer to show our 2 year old the animals on the hobby farm. She is so knowledgable and kind, and we had a blast getting to meet the chickens and the cows. This location is about 45-50 minutes from Sullivan’s Island, where we visited the beach, and about 20 minutes into Summerville which has a farmers market on Saturdays and a cute downtown area. I would recommend this to anyone and I would love to come back and visit again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Screened in porch, hot tub, and surrounding property were very nice. Felt very secluded even with another home next to us. I think there are a few homes on the property although I only saw the one. Kitchen had utensils, dishes and pans to make meals. You will need to bring oils, spices, salt and pepper, etc. The couch in the living room is good for sitting but not necessarily lounging. We folded it down to get comfy enough to watch a show. We spent a day in Georgetown and Pawleys Beach, which are about 25 and 40 minutes away, respectively. The beach was wonderful and Franks On The Front for lunch in Georgetown was AMAZING. If you have kids, they will love the upstairs sleeping area.
