Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Charlotte County

My husband I spent the month of March at Serenity and found it to be an exceptional experience! The house was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the lanai and pool area and spent many happy hours there. The online guidebook was extremely helpful, and being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. We feel that Brandi and Scott have put a lot of effort into making this home welcoming and inviting to everyone. Communication was easy and response time was short. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it's a short drive to anywhere in Punta Gorda. We highly recommend Serenity and are planning to return next year!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located – we truly felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house has everything you need. The host was super friendly and super communicative. We would happily stay here again in a heartbeat!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the attention to detail throughout the house is evident. Very easy to communicate with the host (Michelle) using the Airbnb app. Response time was very quick. We will definitely consider staying again.

Rebekkah’s place was the IDEAL location for us to attend dog Agility Competitions at Bratty Paws Dogplex. Although not a fenced in yard, there’s plenty of grassy areas in the common area for our dogs to potty. We did have a temporary hot water issue in the Master bathroom which was resolved. Even though out of state, Rebekkah is immediately responsive to all messages. Upon returning in the afternoon, the house temp was 80+ and A/C took a while to cool it off. A ceiling fan in the main living area would have helped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was our third time coming to the area for vacation and Inessa's place has been the best so far. The home was extremely clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I can't say enough about the outdoor area. It was so relaxing and we stayed outside every moment we could. The location of the house was perfect. Close to restaurants and beaches but tucked away on a quiet street. Inessa's place would definitely be our go to if we are back in the area.

We had a great time on our vacation. Beata was very easy to get a hold of it all times and helped us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend it to anyone that asked me.

Mitch was a superb host and very responsive. The condo was very clean and as described as in the Airbnb listing. We enjoyed the Heritage Landing community and would pick this place again!! Thanks Mitch!!!

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

We had a great stay and were pleasantly surprised that the photos didn’t do the listing justice. All rooms were extremely clean and felt brand new. The neighborhood was off the main streets and not all the way developed yet which made it feel private and quiet. Would gladly stay again

David's place was perfect. Beautiful furnishings. Everything we needed for a vacation. Nothing missing, full kitchen, linens, comfy beds. Loved the front porch. 6 minutes to the beach. Publix across the street. We loved everything about David's place and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Daniel’s listing was spot on. The fresh flowers around the apt. were a very nice touch. Daniel was very accommodating with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers. He even suggested a beach to go to in the area. Daniel took us on a tour of his new RV airbnb that is also on his property. We’ll definitely stay at Daniel’s again in the future. Wendy and Randy

This place was perfect for our family of four, with two young children. Everything was as described and they provided so many great beach supplies including a foldable wagon for transporting everything back and forth. Laundry room was nice bonus. Our son loved the backyard games and hose station for washing shells. The deck was a great extended living space, perfect for sharing meals and watching the sunset. Thank you!!!

I had an amazing time at Michael's place. I had brought in a trolley to carry my umbrella and beach equipment but this place was so close to the beach I ended up just carrying everything--it is THAT close. The place was clean and it was within walking distance of restaurants. Although the area has been affected by multiple hurricanes, everything is business as usual and I didn't find any inconveniences due to the reconstruction activities.

We had a wonderful stay here!! It is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood! An excellent beach location for finding shark teeth! We found at least a couple hundred shark teeth during our stay! Edmund is very responsive and kind to communicate with!

We stayed in this lovely place last year and will keep returning! It a perfect location if you love a quiet beach side stay. The renovations are beautiful and Nicholas was very responsive to communication. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

Very clean and cute rental. It was very nice sitting on the balcony looking out at the water as well. Short walk to a private beach and several restaurants in walking distance. A great spot.

We LOVED our stay. The close proximity to the beach was perfect and the beach itself was gorgeous. We got to see the most stunning sunsets and snorkel for shells in the water. The home was cozy and welcoming. We were impressed with how well stocked the place was- from having everything you could think of in the kitchen, to all beach necessities. We felt right at home and already decided we want to come back!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.

Can't wait to stay again in the future.. added to must stays in Florida.. pool was great not many people and same with beach!! Amazing views in the morning of the Sunrise and great fishing right off the back deck Especially liked the cleaning station for your fish you catch!!!
