House on a 100 m2 floor located on a quiet street in Montier-en-Der. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (SENSEO), open to the living room including a living room. (AUTONOMOUS INPUT) Small independent tower, located within our property, at a place called “Ferme du Val Bruant” You can have lunch in our magnificent orchard where you will discover a breathtaking view of the Aujon Valley and visit the magnificent village of ARC EN BARROIS

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
