​Very bright and spacious, ideal for a few days in the heart of Segré, a charming town near Angers (25 minutes), our accommodation contains all the comforts to welcome you in good conditions.<br><br>You can enjoy the 42m² space of this T2 located on the 1st floor of a small building (1 accommodation per floor). The small American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Studio furnished next to our house. A main room with a sofa bed, separate kitchen, toilet and shower room, terrace. Enjoy the quietness of the countryside 25 km from Angers, 10 km from Lion d'Angers and the racecourse. Ideal for business or leisure travel. The large yard allows parking for large vehicles. Rooms are available in our house.
