You have the entire apartment for yourself: living room with super large sunny ROOF TERRACE, bathroom with tub, bedroom with 140 bed and kitchen. It has everything you could ever need (and possibly a little more... ;-))

Earlier dilapidated old building will be renovated top. New diverse cultural offerings arise at a time. A place for the curious, pioneers and explorers! Right now, the road is being completely renovated! Because of the construction site, it may be very noisy in the bathroom facing the street during the day!
