Comfortable apartment on the first floor of a detached house. Quiet and centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the center (15 min. walk). Lots of shopping in the immediate vicinity. Very good transport connections. The A4 and A72 highways (Chemnitz junction) are 7 minutes away. 15 minutes to the main station by public transport. The apartment is comfortably equipped. Kitchen with dining table for 4 people. Covered BBQ area in the garden as well as fireplace. Free on-street parking.

The accommodation is very centrally located and you can also reach the city on foot with a medium-sized walk. The apartment's furnishings were great and you missed absolutely nothing! All in all a great stay! :)

Nice apartment in the middle of the hipster neighborhood of Kaßberg. Close to grocery store, cafes, restaurants, galeries. Nice view and bright as the apartment is on the fourth floor of a nice turn of the century house. There was everything in the apartment that you needed as a toddler family for a week. Two bedrooms that were practical to have. Bathroom and kitchen had good standards. Everything was tidy and well kept. We would be glad to come back!

Very nice apartment. Stylishly furnished with great details, such as cell phone charging cable at each bed. Kitchen was well equipped, even with coffee, dishwashing detergent, shower gel and food, like noodles. Even pepper, salt and baking paper were there. Overall super clean, on arrival there were useful tips and nice excursion tips for the surrounding area. Was really great and would be happy to come back anytime.

The apartment is beautifully centrally located and looks exactly like the photos. I especially liked little things like kitchen roll in the kitchen, facial tissues, coffee capsules and tea and more - that made me feel right at home. I had a good time and would definitely recommend the apartment!
