It is very quiet because it is a residential area, so loud noise is not allowed in the accommodation. We want to remind you that parties or gatherings that may cause a big noise are not suitable for this space. This space is configured to accommodate one to two people. In a new space, we have thought of those who want to rest and enjoy, or do personal work. * The house has a small living room, 2 rooms (room for leisure activities such as bedroom/music, movies, books, work, meals), bathroom. < Accommodation Notes > - Our small room accommodation in Itaewon is a quiet accommodation. Therefore, due to the pleasant environment and security concerns, only the guest who made the reservation can enter and exit. Please note that if you break this, penalties will apply. It is a small wooden house built in a beautiful place, where the phytoncide come out of the mountain and the stars pour in the night sky, are used by my family as a second house. You can use the whole house and garden alone, so you don't have to worry about contact with other people. We prioritize cleanliness. All used items are collected and cleaned. Pets are not allowed and if caught, you will be removed without refund. Our house uses storage-type electric hot water. When you two take a shower in a row, the hot water comes out well, but it's hard for the three people in a row. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes for the water to heat up. It is an unmanned system that has a different feeling of scenery in spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and allows you to take enough rest. Because we install seasonal supplies, you can use hammocks in spring and autumn. In summer, you can use the swimming pool (July 15 to August 15) and camping chairs. In-room bedding is provided according to the number of people entering the room for 2 people.
