The location of the property is very good - there is a walkable neighbourhood with many local and authentic businesses nearby, as well as a major train station with a supermarket and shopping centre only five minutes away. There is a 24 hr 7/11 across the road which was very convenient for late night food! The property was very clean and well maintained, plenty of towels, good AC & a clean and modern kitchen. There is not much noise at night at all, and the beds are very comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind and helped us in choosing transport, and the property is accessible by taxi so very easy to get to and from the airport!

I had a comfortable stay at the accommodation with a friendly and quick response🙃 The pool was so neat and the water depth was just right. As soon as I entered the accommodation, it smelled so good and made me feel comfortable.

I visited with a group of friends, and we had a barbecue party and a good time looking at the valley in front of us. It was useful because it was equipped with kitchen utensils, tools, and seasonings, and there were many refrigerators. I'd like to visit again next time. We highly recommend visiting in groups.

I was going to go glamping because I had a couple's trip schedule, but I looked it up on Airbnb and visited this accommodation! In conclusion, it was a complete success! As soon as we checked in, we were immediately amazed by the cozy scent and the clean and pleasant kitchen, living room, and bedroom! In addition, the indoor barbecue area is spacious, and it is set up so that you can eat outdoors, so I was able to heal properly!! The cat family that comes as soon as we light a fire is also a killpo. I'm coming to this accommodation for my next couple's trip! I really enjoyed it!!

It was🌟 the best accommodation experience! The photos and the actuality were exactly the same, so I felt really good from the moment I arrived. The interior, lighting, and even the bathroom were all neatly and sensibly decorated, so I thought, 'I want to live like this too.' The space was spacious and pleasant, so I was really comfortable throughout my stay, and above all, it was clean overall, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. I was so grateful for the help with the late checkout. 😊 Overall, it was a place where you could feel thoughtful consideration and tidy management, and I would definitely like to book it again the next time I come to this area. As soon as I entered, the cute interior was so pretty, and I was impressed by the consideration of setting the internal temperature coolly and playing music. It was really nice to have a space to drink tea and read books outside. I listened to the sound of the rain quietly, read books, listened to music, and made tea. My☺️ boyfriend was more than satisfied! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the jacuzzi and wet sauna, but I was still satisfied. The bathroom also had a cute interior, and the scent was nice. The space itself was just healing..!🥺 I'm so glad I took a vacation!! There are two bedrooms, so one is good for lying down and watching a beam projector (I brought it personally from home) on the white wall, and the other is great for sleeping because the bed is huge and fluffy. I applied for a grill and grilled meat outside in the evening, but it was so romantic and the heat was good, so I was satisfied. You have to bring the sauce you need when eating meat, (basic salt, sugar, etc. are provided) It was nice to have a lot of other bowls! It was a little difficult to find the accommodation with the car, but you can follow the directions, but first, park the car in the parking lot behind the pharmacy and take out your luggage (the back of the accommodation -> it was a narrow road to that parking lot.) Then, you can move the vehicle and park it! In that space, external vehicles are not allowed to be parked. I wish I could just take my luggage out for a moment!! Anyway, except for that, it was a very, very perfect accommodation. The😆🩷 100th anniversary trip was perfect.

As soon as I entered the accommodation, it was great! It was a nice house for children to say they want to stay a few more days and ask them to come again next time ~ It was well cleaned in every corner, and I felt that the floor was cleaned well ~ Each interior item was so well done, and the dishes were clean ~ The atmosphere was great even when barbecuing outdoors!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seoul. Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a great workspace which made things really convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful terrace, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was very quiet, with no noise at all, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host was extremely cooperative and always attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. What more can I say? I would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Without a doubt, this place will be my first choice next time I’m in Seoul. Thanks Andy

Apartment was very clean, and location was in close proximity to many restaurants, bars, clubs, convenience store, global atm, Olive Young, Daiso, etc. Even though the location is in a very busy area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet at night. Host was very responsive throughout the stay. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

We had a great time at your place, it is really well located, there is a lot of space, it's super clean and the host is kind. The only issue for me was the noise at night, the isolation is not the best. The curtains are not blackout and let in a lot of light. It is very hot, the air conditioning helps A LOT but makes a lot of noise and light at night. Other than those small details, it is really a very nice place to stay, thank you again!

Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. The flat is amazing and filled with everything you need from kitchenware to washing machine. The location is amazingly central. Plus Jason is a great host, responding quick and very flexible in terms of luggage storage and help. Highly recommended and would visit his place if I am back in Seoul again.

An amazing apartment. blBalcony was such a plus. lovely to sit and catch rays on a morning. very quiet. on 20th floor so amazing views. it was small but for amount of time I spent in it tbh who cares. host was outstanding and very helpful. no issues at all. would definitely recommend and book again.

So I was looking for a place for theast 3 days in seoul and i wanted to book a home which would give me great views of Seoul. I immediately fell in love with Namsan Balcony, as it provided me a view of Naksan Wall and Namsan tower too. Initially, we found it diffcult to find the place but it was good and clean inside. Unfortunately, the rain played spoil sport and we couldn't njoy the view that I wanted but it has nothing to do with Clement's place. It was super comfortable and cozy, big shout out to the host, very responsive and helpful. The stay at the airbnb was worth it. It's a simple and small abode which will make you feel like you have stepped into a cozy home. Home away from home, is how I would describe it

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!
