Beachfront holiday rental in Chiaia, Napoli

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe staying here. Tiziana was very kind, had a clean home, and was very responsive. Can’t ask for a better host!

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any problem or question. The apartment is well located by the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Naples (on the balcony and children's room side) and Vesuvius (on the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only awkward point was the difficulty in finding parking for our car on weekends evenings (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it's probably a good idea to use the parking offered by the host.

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photo, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, nearby there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and available from the first moment for our every need. And if you have any questions, you've always been quick to give us feedback. If I have to return to the surroundings, I'll definitely book here again.

Beautiful place! The rooms are spacious and it was great to have outdoor space. The hosts were extremely responsive and very kind. Would recommend to anyone during their visit to Naples.

We really enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe’s place. The roof top terrace was a particular highlight. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and we liked the location, so close to the port.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Wow, what to say. Francescopaolo's apartment was all that we'd hoped for. The terrace is beautiful, lots of places to relax and of course the amazing view. The living accommodation is bright, airy and bigger than it looks in the photos. Francescopaolo has lots of beautiful ornaments, pots and pictures - loved the mermaid table! The kitchen doesn't feel small as it's really well designed, lots of storage and had absolutely everything that you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was access to the sea and we had some beautiful swims down there, the water was just gorgeous. Location was good and we loved Minori, lots of amazing restaurants and it didn't feel touristy at all, it was quiet but still had a good atmosphere, especially in the evening when everyone comes out for their passeggiata. Francescopaolo was a great host, good at communication, sent lots of information on local places and friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa , the place is Beautiful ,the location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is Indeed breathtaking overlooking the ocean . There is delightful private área for sunbathing . Everything we needed was avalible from the convenience of a washer to a fully assortment of dishes etc . This property is fantástic, highly recommended ! 5 start also for Jason , he was over our expectations . Thank you for making aour holiday the best one ! Will come Back next year for sure .

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

My fiancé and I had the best time staying here in Positano. While there are a lot of stairs, the view in itself is well worth it. We made sure to try and go only up the stairs once per day, which helped. It is super close to the main point of town, and there is even a little sandwich/food spot that has wine, fresh mozzarella, fruit, etc. that we bought to bring up to the room to make our own dinners. Francesca was also super responsive and helpful when it came to arriving in Positano a little early and our early checkout time. She gave local recommendations and her dad was also super sweet! Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the private beach but from what we saw it looked super nice. The deck was awesome, too, and we sat out on the swinging chair multiple nights in a row. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Positano again!

Chiara was outstanding and so responsive . Beautiful home and pool garden with spectacular panoramic view of ocean and town area. Incredibly helpful and very friendly staff . Alessandro ( ? spelling ) a total delight was very informative and friendly and responsive to all our needs. This is a well run Airbnb home that will satisfy the most critical of guests. Great location for all adventures that one would plan to explore the island i.e. food , incredible botanical gardens ( across the road from the house ) , visiting thermal hot springs , hiking the trails etc etc etc Cant go wrong with renting this place ..................... Beautiful apartment that was spacious and clean, great views over looking Amalfi from the balcony! The apartment is high up on the hill meaning a bus is required to get too and from Amalfi centre, however there is a bus stop 100 yards from the entrance which is really useful!

Francesca and Agostino are great hosts. Their property is spotless and very nicely decorated. They were very helpful assisting us with all our needs. We loved our staying in Villa Navarro, Highly recommended!

This apartment is beautiful and the beds are comfortable, and it on the ground floor so you don’t need to move the luggage with stairs! Might be a little bit humid, but just turn on the air con dry mode won’t be problem!

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple with a child. Ilaria provided us with a crib for our daughter, with new sheets. The apartment is at the end of a climb from the chia Riviera, very close to Mergellina station, very comfortable to move towards the center. Everything is perfect, we will definitely be back here!

Super apartment for the 2 of us. Had everything you needed and a few extra supplies to get you going. Close to nice supermarket and metro to Naples. Great quiet area to stay with easy access to all the sites via the metro.

Great apartment with a lot of space and numerous very good restaurants within a few blocks. Stop for bus 151 cut down on a lot of walking for our group, inlc 2 seniors. The apartment was just as described and the host was very responsive.

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. Galdino was a great host and the flat looked exactly like on the photos. It’s perfect for a weekend trip with a friend as it has two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Highly recommendable.

Adele’s place was great! We were able to attend the pizza park which was a walkable distance and the apartment was very charming. 🥰 host was very responsive on Airbnb for any questions we had

We arrived later than anticipated due to the ferry being late. Francesco waited for us and we were beyond grateful. I usually stay in Airbnb’s opposed to hotels and in all my years of travel, this flat was the absolute best. Absolutely beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. Thank you very much !!
