Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chiaia, Napoli

Pina is een zeer gastvrije gastvrouw. Het huis was pico bello. Ze verwelkomde ons met een zelfgebakken taart en de dag voor vertrek kregen we ook nog een heerlijk gerecht voor het avondeten. Ze is zorgzaam op de achtergrond. Het huis is een prima plek om van daaruit de omgeving te bekijken: paleis van Caserta, Napels, Pompei, de Amalfische kust, het eiland Procida. Kortom: van harte aanbevolen.

Tutto perfetto, Giulia sempre disponibile e gentilissima . Non mancava proprio nulla, come essere a casa propria. Unica osservazione, gli ultimi metri per arrivare a casa, per chi non è molto abituato a stradine strette e sterrate , fare attenzione. Comunque super consigliato per visitare le bellezze tra cui la vicina Pompei, Sorrento etc.. Ritorneremo sicuramente, anche il nostro cane è stato ben accettato🥰

Panorama bellissimo, ottima posizione ed Enrico è sempre stato disponibile e attento ai piccoli dettagli per rendere il soggiorno migliore possibile. Giardino curatissimo, e la terrazza è un gioiello con una vista che merita la visita

Raramente mi è capitato che l'esperienza di un viaggio superasse le mie aspettative. A Napoli è stato così. Stefania ha ospitato me e la mia compagna in un posto meraviglioso, quieto, nel centro della città. Siamo stati benissimo, e l'importanza che per me hanno il calore e l'ospitalità che abbiamo ricevuto non ha prezzo. Spero di poter tornare in futuro almeno per un saluto, nel frattempo auguro a Stefania , al suo bar e alle sue figlie il miglior futuro possibile. Un abbraccio

Nadia nos recibió muy bien, con atenciones para quiénes veníamos de un largo viaje. La casa es cómoda, amplia, limpia y el entorno muy amigable. Nadia es, sin dudas, una superanfitriona! Recomendamos este hermoso lugar.

Io e un gruppo di amici abbiamo deciso di trascorrere la giornata di pasquetta in questa residenza. Che dire, la cordialità e la gentilezza della signora Flora sono state impeccabili, così come la pulizia e lo stato della casa, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Durante la giornata ci è sembrato di conoscere quel posto da sempre, era come essere a casa e la signora Flora non ci ha posto alcun limite, rendendo così il soggiorno piacevole e all’insegna del divertimento. Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia trascorrere una giornata fuori porta, visto anche lo spazio esterno che consente di organizzare pranzi e cene anche per gruppi numerosi. Gentilissimo anche il signore Entico, marito di Flora, che ci ha anche fornito una colomba per completare il menù della giornata. Consiglio vivamente di sostare qui.

Host professionista e professionale, gentilissima ed impeccabile. Per trascorrere un weekend all’insegna del relax questo è il posto giusto!

Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt boende, och det funkade mycket bra för våra behov att stanna centralt i Neapel i tre dagar. Det var mycket enkelt att ta sig både från och till flygplatsen genom att ta flygbussen Alibus som har hållplats ca 250 m från lägenheten och enbart kostar 5 Euro per person. På samma avstånd dvs 250 m ligger NLG terminal för färjor till Amalfi, Capri med flera öar. Det finns många restauranger i området, liksom livsmedelsbutiker. Området kändes mycket säkrare än vad vi först hade trott när vi bokade. Vi kände oss säkra hela tiden. Sist men inte minst vår värd Attillio var mycket bra och omtänksam.

Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal und gut angebunden, sodass man schnell überall ist. Valerio ist ein super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ich kann dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!

Fabio’s apartment was perfect. Its location on a pedestrian street with the Galeria on the other side means that it is protected from the traffic noise that Naples is known for. On the 5th floor with an elevator and just a few steps up to the entrance to the shared terrace which is very secure. Comfortable bed. Fabio was helpful and responsive and I would recommend it.

This is a lovely apartment tucked in a very local Napoli neighbourhood with several homes with nonnas sitting outside their homes. Despite the neighbourhood vibe, it was a central location to many popular sites like the Spanish Quarters and Via Tribunali. Amazing food and coffee (Gambrinus) a 5 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was so uniquely decorated and very lovely. We enjoyed our stay wish we had 1-2 days more in Napoli in Dede’s apartment. Leonardo the taxi driver was so helpful in taking us to and fro Napoli Centrale.

Safe area, clean, walkable. quick walk from train/metro. nightlife just beow the apartment was vibrant and fun. Easy check in and out. He helped us with a taxi reservation for 5am to the airport and dining suggestions were yummy..

We stayed at Antonio’s place for 2 nights and had a great experience. He was gracious enough to allow us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Francesco met us at check-in and took the time to show us everything we needed to know. The location is excellent—very central and walkable, yet right in front of a police station, so we felt safe even in the busy city center. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa , the place is Beautiful ,the location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is Indeed breathtaking overlooking the ocean . There is delightful private área for sunbathing . Everything we needed was avalible from the convenience of a washer to a fully assortment of dishes etc . This property is fantástic, highly recommended ! 5 start also for Jason , he was over our expectations . Thank you for making aour holiday the best one ! Will come Back next year for sure .

Amazing, amazing villa. Beautiful patio and garden… we cooked dinner and ate in almost every night because it was so comfortable, relaxing, and with an amazing view (also the best farm fresh veggies they shared from their garden!) After busy days sightseeing and shopping, it was everything you could ask for to relax. This home away from home was my favorite part of my trip to Amalfi. Ellie is amazing; always available to help and with the best local recommendations. I won’t stay anywhere else on our next visit to Amalfi!

It is hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay here. First of all, Gabriella is a FANTASTIC host. From the moment we started communicating she was so helpful, booking activities for us and arranging for taxis with drivers who were so friendly. And her father, Giuseppe, was so warm and welcoming as well. The home was absolutely spotless, had so many amenities, and Gabriella provided so many thoughtful and nice touches that made us feel so well loved and cared for. They truly felt like family. We were here celebrating two 25th anniversaries between our two families, as well as the graduation of our children from high school. We could not have picked a more beautiful and special place. Two of our outings - a boat tour to Capri that started and ended in Amalfi and hiking the Path of the Gods, finishing in Positano - made us feel even better about our choice of where to stay. Those other two cities were packed, but Furore was so peaceful. We highly recommend this lovely home!

Where do I begin? This was our best experience to date! Claudia’s love for this property shines through, and the thoughtful care and attention to every generous detail made our experience so memorable! From her beautiful, well appointed home to the stunning views and outdoor spaces - we soaked up all the gems she made available to us. Her hospitality was above and beyond, with a fully stocked pantry of delicious food to checking in on us each day, she gave us so much information to make sure we were set! To top it off, we were able to work with her personal and extremely attentive concierge, Aniello, who helped us plan our trip. It didn’t stop there, Claudia’s relationship with a local restaurant gave us access to a free shuttle and Aniello was responsive to every need. We had full access to her amazing hotel as well. This home is higher in the hills, but you can easily walk behind the house (it’s a bit of a down hill walk to a path) and in a few minutes you hit the cute town.

We loved our stay in Praiano. We enjoyed Praiano’s relaxed atmosphere compared to surrounding cities. There is no ferry or cruise ship dock in Praiano, thus it is much less crowded compared to Amalfi and Positano. It is very easy to take water taxi’s to nearby towns and attractions. The hosts were very accommodating and answered our questions, which helped as it was our first visit to the area. The villa is very clean, beautifully constructed and well appointed. We enjoyed our time on the patio, using the kitchen, and taking in the views. When visiting Praiano, you should be prepared to do a lot of walking and climbing stairs. We would recommend the Villa to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The host made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen had fresh fruit, coffee, wine, Pasta and sauce waiting for us. It was a great treat after a day of travel. Fresh lemons were avaliable for picking on the property. Every morning fresh pastry awaited us on the porch. We couldn't have been more pleased with the amenities. Thank you Marco and Frano

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer total schönen Villa. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in alle 4 Villen und hatten daher den ganzen Außenbereich für uns, was sehr toll war! Vincenzo ist total hilfreich bei allen Fragen und super freundlich. wir können die Villen von Vincenzo zu 100% weiterempfehlen! :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Daniele’s home was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The whole team were very helpful particularly Francesca who We had most of our dealings with Francesca. She was brilliant very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries from local buses good restaurants and places to go and always very friendly. We enjoyed going down to the public beach and hiring a small boat for a few hours so we could view the magnificent coastline. Driving to different places wasn’t always easy as the roads are narrow and twisty and busy. We would definitely recommend hiring a small car as there are so many magnificent places to see.
