Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

Located down a quiet street with a large secured garden, the house is a generous size with bright and airy rooms. The kitchen is high spec and has everything needed for easy self catering. With a comfortable lounge and separate formal dining room, you can enjoy relaxed luxury for up to 6 people.

A cooked English Breakfast is included for all guests. The house is in a semi rural location. We are close to both Guildford & Horsham and on the edge of The Surrey Hills. The largest village in England, Cranleigh, is 6 minutes by car and has many restaurants. We have 2 Double Bedrooms and a 3rd Bedroom with 3 Single Beds. Two of these singles can be zipped together to make a 3rd Double Bed. Note this bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Your own bathroom is on the 1st floor All rooms have Sky TV.

Unique Shepherds Hut for Two

You are invited to enjoy a staycation with us in a luxury Shepherds Hut! We offer an idyllic getaway to the West Sussex countryside. From outside it appears to be a classic Shepherds Hut, as featured in Netflix feature film "The Dig", but inside it is a luxury space for up to two people furnished with a comfy double bed. The hut is fully insulated with underfloor heating to keep you warm on chilly nights and well ventilated with double doors and windows on those barmy summer evenings.

R2, Chichester, ideally located for town, county and coast. Goodwood 4 mile beaches 7 miles. 9 piece English breakfast is included in the price (see photos) can adjust to your liking as well as cereals & toast. Free tea/coffee 7am-10pm. Modern bedroom with double bed. PLEASE NOTE! room is priced for 1 guest, additional charge for 2nd guest. Bathroom has bath with shower over and is shared with other guests. Two other rooms are available, one double with en-suite and one single.

The Chicken Shed

The` Chicken shed` is a cosy 1 bedroom annexe with en-suite shower room, on the courtyard of Highground Barn, which is a traditional Sussex flint barn originally built in 1760 and converted in 2004. The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.
