During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The terraces of the two apartments on the garden level and the very large balcony of the attic apartment invite you to relax and unwind. The cozy apartments are lovingly furnished in the Bavarian-modern country house style. Our guests receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge!

Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" auf der Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding Die gemütliche Almhütte „Almbrünnerl“ auf 1000 m Höhe, direkt am Waldrand inmitten des Wandergebiets Unternberg, bietet auf 30 m² alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Sie verfügt über eine Küche, einen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (180x200), TV, WLAN, einen Nachtspeicherofen sowie Dusche/WC. Genieße die überdachte Terrasse mit Eckbank und großem Tisch. Die Hütte ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

This charming place offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the Bavarian Alpine foothills for two adults. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals yourself. In the living area, the sofa bed sleeps one more person. The location of the apartment is ideal for both summer and winter sports. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.

The apartment is located in the attic of a small apartment building, which is quiet yet centrally located to the town center. It is a 1-room apartment with separate bathroom, wardrobe/storage room and cooking facilities. The accommodation of animals of any kind and smoking are not permitted.

The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.
