The ground-floor vacation rental for 2 to 4 people seeking relaxation (double bed, sofa bed, additional travel cot for children available upon request) is accessed via two steps. In addition to a dining area, it offers a dining area in the kitchen.

The vacation apartment includes a 20 sqm terrace with a view of the greenery and direct access to the quiet communal garden. Here you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast outdoors as the sun rises.

The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.
