The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

Our modern and cozy 3-room apartment is located on the east side of Fraueninsel in Lake Chiemsee. Two to max. 4 people can stay in our 70 sqm apartment. Because not only the bedroom with double bed, but also the cozy sofa bed in the living room with separate mattress (140 × 200 cm) offers all comforts. On the large balcony you can overlook Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. In less than 1 minute you can reach the shared meadow by the lake, with jetty and two sun loungers.

Our 43 sqm apartment, renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished, is quietly located in the idyllic small Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 meters you can reach the wonderful Chiemsee shore on foot or by bike and from here you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The apartment has a 20 sqm terrace overlooking the countryside as well as direct access to the quiet communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

We were incredibly impressed by this little piece of earth. On one side, a clear view of the mountains and on the other, a view of the lake. The lake was even better to see from the campsite. Surrounded by sheep, cows and chickens, fields and meadows, with a small pond in front of the house and in the midst of many higher trees, it is wonderful to let your soul wander. There were four of us, two adults and two kids. The apartment was just the right size and clean. The lake is easily accessible on foot and there are an incredible number of things to do.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with great attention to detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the furnishings to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and approachable at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation, it is definitely worth a trip and I will gladly come back.

We had a very nice time at Lake Chiemsee! The accommodation is located in an apartment building and is particularly family-friendly. The balcony offers a great view - perfect for relaxing evenings. There is a lot on offer for children: a bunk bed, some toys and many board games. The garden is also a highlight – with picnic benches, a swing and a sandbox, ideal for playing and relaxing. The lake is within walking distance, the shallow water there is great for children. The kitchen is very small, but offers everything you need. The bathroom with shower was also completely sufficient. We were missing a laundry rack – a washing machine and dryer are available, but for a fee (in the basement). The small indoor pool was a great extra - not huge, but our kids had a lot of fun. We also liked the playroom in the basement, which is really well equipped for kindergarten children.

The apartment was lovingly furnished. You have everything you need. Everything was convenient. Especially the local restaurant very close to Lidl (also right on the other side of the street) was very good. Be sure to try the farmer's quila. If the windows of the bedrooms (to the street) were open at night, unfortunately you could hear the traffic. Otherwise, the area is ultra quiet. You can walk down to the lake in about 30 minutes. In addition, the sofa in the living room can also be used as a bed. But it's not as comfortable as the other beds. You will receive detailed helpful information prior to arrival. Overall, we were very happy with our nice hostess. Thank you.

The Apartment is located in a quiet residential area, everything’s within a couple of minutes by car and 15mins walking. It’s equipped with everything we needed for a 10 days stay, we had a very comfortable stay with our 2 small kids. Thank you very much for having us!!

I spent 8 days in Sepp's apartment. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt welcome and at home. The small apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The southeast balcony invites you to have breakfast in fine weather. Grabenstätt is a good starting point for excursions around Lake Chiemsee and surroundings. There are plenty of maps for this. Thank you Sepp for the lovely stay !
