The apartment is super clean, quiet, just across the road from the sea and includes coffee/tea making facilities. The host is very helpful and responsive. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and ideally located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia, was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. This was our second time staying in this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Spacious, spotless, and full of character, it’s perfectly located in the heart of historic Vasto. Steps from charming piazzas and great local restaurants, it offers the ideal base for enjoying the old town. The host was again warm, attentive, and very responsive. A consistently fantastic experience.

We thought everything was great, nice host and directly opposite a highly recommended restaurant la Rampa. Good starting point to discover. There are also free beaches a few kilometers further to the right.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Francesca was very helpful from beginning to end, the apartment was very clean and in a quiet street, considering you are in the centre of Pescara. Always hot water available, air con was very efficient, no problems with any appliances and had everything you needed. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very firm for me, but no other complaints at all. We would definitely return and contact Francesca for a softer pillow (we only stayed 4 nights)

We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials, even for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. Perfect holiday in a dream place! We stayed in this beautiful vacation home for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is fresh and quiet, with a swimming pool, garden and indoor parking. A special thank you to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, and who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful advice for exploring the area. We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.
