The apartment is super clean, quiet, just across the road from the sea and includes coffee/tea making facilities. The host is very helpful and responsive. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Pescara entre amies, et ce logement était tout simplement parfait ! Très spacieux, impeccable au niveau de la propreté, et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et de la plage. Cinzia, a été adorable du début à la fin : très sympathique, disponible, et toujours prête à donner de bons conseils, notamment sur les restaurants et les endroits à ne pas manquer. Elle nous a vraiment facilité le séjour. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés! Encore merci pour tout 🥰

This was our second time staying in this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Spacious, spotless, and full of character, it’s perfectly located in the heart of historic Vasto. Steps from charming piazzas and great local restaurants, it offers the ideal base for enjoying the old town. The host was again warm, attentive, and very responsive. A consistently fantastic experience.

Wir fanden alles super, schöner Host und direkt gegenüber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Lokal la Rampa. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen. Ein oaar Kilometer weiter rechts gibt es auch noch freie Strände.

Alloggio pulito ,imbiancato di fresco ,mobilia nuova ,tutto assolutamente pulito ,davvero a 150 mt dal mare con spiaggia libera davanti casa ,ottimo posto anche per il nostro cagnone coccolato dagli host . Se dovessi tornare a francavilla (sicuramente vedremo altri posti ) la ricontatterò sicuramente

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux avec des petits gâteaux. Nello nous a transmis toutes les explications utiles à notre séjour. Un garage box privé nous a gentiment été mis à disposition. L'appartement est très bien situé proche du centre de Sulmona. Tout était très propre et fonctionnel, avec une cuisine bien équipée. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était disponible, un confort exceptionnel, y compris un lave-linge et même des friandises et écuelles pour notre chienne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'avons manqué de rien. Encore merci Nello et Franca pour votre gentillesse, votre disponibilité et hospitalité.

Host molto disponibile. L'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione e molto comodo per 8 persone. Molto comoda la posizione centralissima e fondamentale per spostarsi senza auto

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Francesca was very helpful from beginning to end, the apartment was very clean and in a quiet street, considering you are in the centre of Pescara. Always hot water available, air con was very efficient, no problems with any appliances and had everything you needed. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very firm for me, but no other complaints at all. We would definitely return and contact Francesca for a softer pillow (we only stayed 4 nights)

Siamo stati benissimo, in una casa curata e pulita, dotata di tutti gli essenziali anche per la colazione. L'host è presente, gentile e disponibile. Il mare è a pochi minuti a piedi: troverete una bella pineta in area protetta e spiagge attrezzate (con moderazione) accanto ad ampie aree lasciate fortunatamente libere. grazie ancora a Dora per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità !

Vacanza perfetta in un posto da sogno! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa vacanza per 5 giorni e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio! La casa è esattamente come descritta (anzi, ancora più bella dal vivo), pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è fantastica, nei colli, con una bellissima vista. La casa è fresca e tranquilla, dotata di piscina, giardino e parcheggio interno. Un ringraziamento speciale a Bronis e suo marito Mauro, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, che ci hanno accolti con grande calore e ci hanno fornito consigli utilissimi per esplorare la zona. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa.! Consigliatissima al 100%!

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ein bisschen abseits, ist dafür aber ruhig. Man hat die gesamte Unterkunft für sich alleine, das war fantastisch. Der Pool und die Outdoor Küche sind ebenfalls super. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.
