Beachfront holiday rental in Choctawhatchee Bay

Beautiful house and location was great for biking to beach and the Big Chill. Honestly, everything was fabulous. We needed cookie sheets and they were delivered ASAP. My only recommendation would be a binder with all of the checkin in and out information, bike rental, restaurants, etc. We biked to the Walton Dunes access. You can ride you bike, park it and the beach is right there. If you go to the State Park, you have quite the walk. We didn't use the pools but they looked great. I was traveling with two teens and the pool population was mostly the younger kids. No biggie.

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

The condo was clean, cozy and a perfect location. Loved the ocean view from the balcony. Will definitely stay there again!

Loved staying here !! Such an awesome, ideal host to deal with. She was very easy to communicate with and so accommodating . We felt so at home, we actually booked 2 extra days to stay here. Everything was 10/10. We will definitely be back.

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Elie was a great host! She was very responsive and proactive in her messaging. More amenities than what was listed like curling irons, sunscreen, snacks, etc. and was very kind when we wanted to leave some things for the beach for other guests to enjoy that we couldnt bring back! Extremely pleased at how close to the beach this was! Unit is small but just enough space for our family of 4!

My family and I loved this home. It looks exactly like the pictures and the hosts are very responsive. We loved having a private pool right out back. We would definitely book one of their homes again.

I loved this place, the views were amazing, it was clean and beautiful.. I enjoyed working out in the gym,going for walks around the complex and taking dips in the pool. The beach was walkable and parking was less than 20 yards from the beach. Just two complaints, it's hard for me to sit in the patio chairs because they're so low to the ground, and my mattress wasn't as firm as I need. Otherwise we had a great time.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach location. The unit was updated and has everything needed and most importantly the beach was across the street! Worth it!

Our stay was great! The location is wonderful- very peaceful but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The space was exactly as described and we were provided with all of the basics that we would need. Will definitely book this unit again for our next destin trip!

We loved this place! Fit all 5 of us perfectly. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. Loved how spacious the balcony was and how quick and easy it was to access the beach. We will definitely be back

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our beach vacation. The beds were cozy and we loved having the full, well stocked kitchen to cook in and the living room space was great for gathering. And the beach walk was short and sweet.

Ozan’s condo was wonderful. Fantastic location and view. Ozan was very communicative from the very beginning on all the information we would need to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend Ozan’s beautiful condo.

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location and we had zero issues. The host was easy to deal with, we’d definitely stay again.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

Beautiful, cozy apartment. Location was perfect. Views were gorgeous. Our host Erin, was prompt and helpful with responses to any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was clean and well appointed with every utensil, pot/pan, baking dish, bowl etc. you could possibly need to cook your own meals onsite. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, linens, etc. and even a pack and play. The internet was fast. Ashley provided a closet with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, floaties, coolers, and sand toys for the kids. I loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The resort had luggage and shopping carts for ease of hauling luggage and groceries to your unit. My only practical advice is the two flip chairs that turn into single beds would not be comfortable for adults. Our 12 year old son didn't like the flip chair as a bed, so he comfortably slept on the couch. Host had great communication and was very friendly. You can't go wrong renting here, just not on the days I want to come back, please! LOL!

We were very happy with our stay. The resort is very nice with security everywhere. The condo is well equipped and very spacious. Love the two balconies and incredible views. We will come back again for sure.

As others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. Has a stunning view and private parking which makes beach access a breeze. Dan and Georgina were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, easy to find, and close to many restaurants. My grandchildren loved the turtles in the lake behind the house!!
