Wonderful place! Pristine and great location. Beds were very comfortable too. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home and stay here again if we come to the area.

Had an awesome stay at Sugar Sand Cottage with my family. The location is great and a short drive to various restaurants and activities. We loved the short walk (5 min) to the private beach with umbrella and chair service each day. The chair attendant had great local restaurant recommendations that we tried. The house is just like it’s shown in the pictures. We loved the layout with the porches overlooking the pond and private pool at night. Nichole was very responsive and can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Destin area.

This was our second time staying here. Both stays were everything we’d hoped for. So good for the kids, riding bikes around the neighborhood, from pool to pool, and even to the beach! Easy access to many shops and restaurants. If you couldn’t ride bikes there you can always use the golf cart. Anytime I needed to inform Stan of anything or ask questions he was responsive. Can’t wait to go back next year.

We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

Very nice! I slept 8 hours every night in this rental which is rare for me on vacation. The golf cart is the game changer for this community. We took it everywhere. We made a seafood boil one night and enjoyed it on the back porch. We loved having a washer and dryer and came home with clean clothes. The neighborhood is quiet and just what we needed. Host is very communicative, we even extended our stay by one night.

This is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at! The location was a 10/10, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the host thought of everything. There was a well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, hangers in the closet, beach towels, and more. We felt right at home during our stay, and would definitely book with Laura again. The house was so clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to get coffee in the morning at the coffee shop in the front of the neighborhood, or visiting Blue Mountain Creamery after dinner. Truly a gem!

I highly recommend Anna house. She is such an amazing host and her home is perfect! Everything was very clean, comfortable & felt like home. We loved how spacious and big it was inside, we loved having the 4 restrooms. Everything was perfect! Anna was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Gina’s Airbnb! The place was stunning—beautifully decorated, squeaky clean, and just perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful and well-prepared. Gina was an exceptional host—super attentive and always a step ahead with clear instructions and helpful reminders, which made the whole experience seamless. There was zero room for confusion, just pure comfort and ease. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend and definitely coming back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This vacation home did not disappoint. Everything was as advertised. Bedrooms are on the second (2 bedrooms) and third floor (1 bedroom). Home is in the heart of Baytowne Wharf, walking distance to several shops, eateries, and activities. If you have ever stayed in Hotel Eiffie, this home is in the same vicinity, literally just a brief walk. The beach and Silver Sands Premium Outlet are less than five miles away. Our host Kevin was very responsive to all of our needs. The app says, “Host typically responds within an hour.” Host actually responds within five minutes to every single message. We were without wristbands the evening we arrived; we had wristbands delivered the very next morning. I would definitely recommend for families. We brought five teenagers, and not one complained of anything the entire time. There was so much for them to do. Our only complaint is that we should have stayed longer…highly recommend!

A great place to stay. A very quick walk to the beach. The private pool is awesome. Lots of space. The management was extremely responsive to all needs/questions.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

Had a great time at Hazel’s- spacious ,private, great location- my favorite spot was the backyard in the morning under the pagoda listening to the mockingbird run through their repertoire of songs-yes there are dogs occasionally barking but for 1-2 minutes and the owners have them under control. Hazel is a superb host in communication and recommendations ! Would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a central place to fan out-we hit 4 different beaches/7 cities in the area-Niceville has a great boardwalk you should try out at turkey run- MJs coffee-not great coffee but delicious! quick breads; for coffee -try black rifle coffee shop-don’t miss Peppers for fresh ingredient Mexican dishes including fish! We liked ft Walton beach best -mostly locals and not crowded-access pt 2-but Destin is the place for action-and don’t miss Mcguire’s pub-incredible atmosphere and eats-lots of art in the area-we also drove to Panama beach and beach city-lots of fun with the locals!thanks Hazel

Great stay with my family and had a pack and play for our baby to sleep in.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was so great to walk out the back of the home directly onto the beach. The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

This is our second stay here and we will be coming back again! Very clean and quiet place to stay with a nice pool. Easy walk to the beach too.

This place was beautiful! Very peaceful, private and relaxing. Looks even better than the listing in person. Location was great. The place was very close to all the entertainment,but at the same time very quiet and low traffic. They had everything you could possibly need, scooters, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles,bbq grills you name it they supplied it. I will definitely book again.

We rented this house for the weekend. We are local and knew the area well so it was exciting the house was available. I explained to Max what we were hoping to use the house for (Prom Weekend) and established open communication and trust. Myself and another mom were present at all times and the kids absolutely loved the pool, ping pong table and outdoor loungers. They bonded all weekend and will never forget the amazing weekend they had at the beach house. We had one small housekeeping issue that we noticed upon arrival, and I emailed Max who immediately sent an Instacart remedy along with a bunch of chocolates. Truly unexpected and so responsive. I really liked working with Max and found our stay to be memorable and wonderful. Thank you for an incredible time. I could not recommend this Airbnb rental more.

We had a really nice week here. Perfect for families! Overall, really great stay. We did have a couple of issues. The electricity in the front bedroom (light/fan) did not work and this was not communicated before we arrived. The host did get an electrician out there to fix it, but he couldn’t come until our last night, so that room was a little uncomfortable with a loud box fan and only lamps. But, we made it work! Also, the blender provided did not work and we only found out after pouring all the ingredients in. There were a ton of sugar ants in the kitchen and we cleaned countertops and everything up every night. But could not beat the location and other amenities (pool especially) at the house. Everything you need for the beach is there and the host was always very responsive to our messages. We would recommend this stay to others. Thank you for a great week!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay in Santa Rosa Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-designed this home was. Every detail felt intentional—stylish décor, top-notch amenities, and incredibly comfortable beds. The home was spotless and felt brand new. Absolutely stunning! The layout was spacious and perfect for our group, and the large yard was amazing—tons of room for the kids to play and enjoy the outdoors safely, while we enjoyed the scenic surroundings. The location couldn’t have been better—located right at 30A, just minutes to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. Our host was truly fantastic—thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. You can tell real care (and investment!) went into making this a warm, welcoming, and high-end retreat. One of our favorite Airbnb stays to date—we’ll definitely be back soon!

This place was amazing! I stayed here with my bridesmaids before my wedding and it was the best time! It was the perfect location for what we needed and very spacious.

We had a lovely stay! This is a great location - walkable to the beach and Pompano Joe’s. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with beach and kitchen supplies. The pool is a nice bonus! Linda was very communicative and responsive from booking to check out. We would love to stay here again!
