Bungalow by the river and forest.

A great retreat for a group of friends, but also for a family with children and pets. The whole house is just for you, you can also use the fenced garden area. You can set up a tent in the garden, for example, or spend time on the large terrace by the barbecue overlooking the greenery. You can relax in the living room with Netflix. Watching old DVDs or playing board games can also liven up your stay. The location is quiet and safe, close to the forest and the Lužnice River. The surroundings are full of natural beauty, but also historical attractions.

Fully renovated flat close to the city of Tábor

We offer a newly renovated 2-room apartment in a quiet area of southern Bohemia near Tábor, Bechyně, Třeboň.... by the Lužnice river. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, connected to a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet with a bathtub. The bedroom is also equipped with a TV and a spacious dressing room. BABY COT available. PARKING AT THE APARTMENT. The house built about 1830 on the foundations of the medieval gate to the city on the way "Svatá Anna" from Čelkovice, is just below the walls on the southern slope above the Luzhnice river valley, 2 minutes walk from the main square. Bathroom amenities - a large bathtub and shower. Public parking 30 meters from the house (price from 40,- CZK/day). The front door has a keypad (code will be sent by text) = self check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

The cottage is a peaceful place for families with children as well as a romantic getaway for couples. Bikers and hikers will find facilities for their travels. If you are looking for a refuge, a place for mental rest, or for focused creative activity, the cottage is here for you. The garden is available for moments of relaxation, sitting by the fire, and watching the night sky. It will also provide you with fresh herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables, the smell of grass and flowers.

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

Two spacious bathrooms, two toilets, 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. Our place is quiet, comfortable, and a small boat is available. The house is fenced.

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

The surroundings invite you to walk in the forest, pick mushrooms or visit a monument For fishermen, I can arrange a fishing permit. For children, there is a sandbox, swing, toys and a large space for running. Comfortable heating with automatic pellet stove.

Our house is very family friendly. In our two flor modern villa with a large garden, we are able to accommodate large groups. The house benefits are spacious well-proportioned rooms which are well lit with large windows. It is ideal for large families with babies/children and grandparents. Children's toys and books aplenty.
