House holiday rentals in Chula Vista

I am a San Diego local, but my family was coming to town and we needed more space. I picked this place because I knew my sister and brother-in-law would love being able to walk to all the restaurants and brewery nearby and my 6 year old nephew would get a lot of use out of the pool. The place exceeded my expectations, it was perfect for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming or playing board games, and my Mom got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was comfortable and clean. The only downside is my family might visit too often now!

Our home away from home. The property was conveniently located to major stores. It is 30 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and Sesame Street. The house is very spacious and brings in light energy. Our family loved the beds and comfy pillows which can make or break a vacation. The bathrooms were spacious and worked conveniently with the needs of our family, especially the Bluetooth speaker😁. The backyard was our favorite! Beautiful space during the day with plenty of space for our 3 year old to run. Serene and chill views in the evening. We 100% recommend this property for your family. And would definitely stay again.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Beautiful home, very local and great customer service

Robert and Paola’s place was great! It’s in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and groceries. The house is truly amazing! Very clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need. All the rooms are spacious and really clean. There’s a pool and jacuzzi an additional and a great amenities . Robert is a great host! He prepared everything before we came and the communication was great. I gave 5 stars review! We’ll definitely be back and stay again in this place! Thank you so much Mr Robert And Ms Paola.

We had an incredible stay at Miguel’s Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the pool – it was sparkling clean and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and Miguel was a fantastic host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Now this is the place! We had an amazing time at Peter's. We wanted to hangout for Fathers Day and we did just that. There were a lot of things to do in the home and it was not boring for adults or kids at all. Very homely. Tons of games! Peter is an amazing host. Very responsive. We had a smell issue from the previous renter and he offered to refund the cost of our air freshner purchase. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of space. Will definitely be renting again when next we visit San Diego.

Wow this place is amazing! As soon was we walked in, from the decor to the ambiance. You go from Spring Valley to being transported to a place of paradise. There is no place like this, I’m telling you guys. If you think the front yard is beautiful, wait till you go to the backyard. We felt so at home and the vibes are just incredible. Did I mention it was dog friendly?! We bring our dog everywhere and this was perfect. Salvacion is a super host for a reason. She’s responsive, very easy to communicate with, and her home is beautiful. I have family in the area, we’ll definitely be coming back and staying here. So glad we found this place!

This place literally felt like paradise. If you didn’t know you were in San Diego, you would feel like you’re in Hawaii! The backyard was so beautiful that we spent the majority of our time out there in the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar! The upstairs patio was fantastic for outdoor eating. The hosts were super communicative with any questions we had prior to and during our visit! We definitely can’t wait to stay again in the future!

I had booked the place for a group of us attending a business convention. Claudia was amazing at accommodating all our requests. The house was beautiful and even better than in pictures. it was lovely indoors and outdoors. The location is great with Walmart and Costco minutes away, also has good restaurants close by. Claudia is an amazing host and has a beautiful story of why she started doing Airbnb. if you are looking for a home away from home in San Diego this is it!!

William was a great host!! He was very proactive and so friendly. His house was perfect for us! For us, having two dedicated parking spots in his driveway was ideal. The location was key, and so close to all of the places we went. We’d highly recommend William, and his beautiful home! Go Navy!!

The host provided excellent communication, making the stay enjoyable. However, the neighbors were quite noisy every night, which was beyond the host’s control. Despite this minor inconvenience, it was still a great place to stay.
