Bob's bungalow was quiet and clean. We had everything we needed and felt like home. Communication with Bob was very easy. Would recommend this place.

This home is a true Gem. It’s private, Quiet & It has beautiful ocean views! Loved falling asleep & waking up to the sound of the ocean & waves below the home. The master bath is dreamy! I loved every part of the home!😍 I can’t be thankful enough. Linda is an AMAZING host! Honestly, it’s By far my best experience in an Airbnb. We had an AMAZING/RELAXING time. I have never felt more at home, at someone else’s home. Linda was so attentive & accommodated to all our needs! My kids loved the space, there is plenty of room for them to walk around, play & enjoyed sitting around watching Netflix comfortably just like at home. The beach is also just feet away. The house is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need. Everything functioned perfectly. There’s not a single negative thought, other than, I wished we can stay longer.. Great space very clean only tv’s in living room and backyard good area close to freeway in the middle of everything front door needs a little push to get in could not figure out how to get master bedroom shower to work

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

This home was perfect for our vacation! very kid/family friendly- he has cribs, baby gates, utensils and plates for kids, lots of books. View was amazing, and is about 15 from everything!

Great stay right in front of the beach . They were super helpful and responded right away. The house is spotless and very close to rosarito. I would definitely recommend. Just make sure to bring toiletries and towels :)

This home was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect, and the view was truly breathtaking. We spent hours relaxing on the swing, people-watching and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Paddleboarding right in front of the house was a highlight, and the nightly fireworks from SeaWorld added a magical touch to our evenings. The space was just right comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to cozy touches, the home had it all. It was perfect for our big family. Plenty of room inside and outside. The kitchen worked great for all the Christmas cooking we did. The deck area was spacious and had a lot of games to entertain the kids.

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. Even though the listing mentions no essentials, the host was able to provide us with more towels when we asked. We would stay here again!

This place was great!! Had a bachelor party with 12 dudes and everyone had a bed or cot to sleep on. Pool and hot tub were perfect and the landscaping was well done. The property in general felt pretty remote as well, which helps with privacy. Overall we were happy with the place and would recommend

A perfect house for my family of 5. The furniture was comfortable, and we had a great time playing foosball and pool. Glad we had the pool heated for swimming given the temperature. We enjoyed morning coffee outside in this quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe here, too. Paul was super responsive when we had a question. Fantastic house, fantastic host. Will stay here again if we come back to San Diego.

We were very happy with the place! Bigger than expected and very comfortable! We loved the location because we could pretty much be anywhere in 15 min. The kids loved the game closet (so many!!!) and the treehouse. We enjoyed the Viking stove and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. Grill wasn't working but we let the management company know. Parking was easy. Washer/Dryer was new and easy to use. Single cup coffee machine was a little tedious. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There is a great view of the bay from the house. Liberty station is notorious for airplane noise so be ready for plane noise starting at 6:30am sharp as they are creating their new runway at SAN. The planes stop at around 10pm so its very quiet for sleeping. Most days the planes were taking off right overhead. One day they were landing instead because of the fog and that was a little quieter. It was exciting watching them take off from the upper balcony. We all got used to it.

We stayed at this wonderful home in San Diego for our daughter’s graduation from UCSD, and it was the perfect place for our extended family. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped—plenty of room for everyone to relax both indoors and outside. The pool area was a favorite for the whole family, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and gathering. It’s in a great location—just about 15 minutes from the UCSD campus and close to stores and amenities. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to other families or groups visiting the area!

The house is really clean and luxurious. There is a delicious home restaurant about 5 minutes away. We got lost and Suzzette responded and helped us find the house right away. The only downside is the road is very bumpy.

This location captures the local estate vibe of the neighborhood. It's an older house tucked away and it's a very quaint and quiet location.
