Casa pé na areia com piscina privativa. Máximo 8 hóspedes. Aceitamos 01 pet até 13 kg. Não é permitido hóspedes acima da reserva e visitas (Day use). Colocar a quantidade de adultos, crianças, bebês e pet se houver. Câmeras de segurança com gravação na área externa: garagem e área da piscina / churrasqueira Para a efetivação da reserva pedimos numero de documento e nome completo dos hóspedes no campo de mensagens do airbnb. Não oferecemos máquina de lavar, toalhas e mantas.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land.
