Located on the slope between the beaches of Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas, in São Sebastião, on the north coast of São Paulo, Casa Pôr has a tangential view of the horizon as the central point of its architectural project. Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. House in a condominium on the top, easy access, less than 10 minutes from the beaches in the center. The master suite is very comfortable, just like a charming hotel. Shower with large bathtub for 2, all glazed and overlooking the forest. Super comfortable queen mattress, new 43-inch TV, air-conditioning and deck overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The river is a few meters from the suite. Internet with two providers. Optional outdoor shower and hot water.

I'll be delighted to welcome you to the house I grew up in. For this, I provide the annex of the house on the sand with 2 super comfortable and functional suites, in addition to a swimming pool, lunch table, terrace facing the sea and 2 parking spaces at Praia das Cigarras. Dogs and visitors other than guests are not allowed, if this occurs, a daily rate will be charged. * The house accommodates 8 people and unfortunately we do not accept extra guests.

Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

Navy bungalow overlooking the sea! :)

5 themed bungalows in a gated community on the beautiful Siriúba beach in the north of the island. All with exclusive access and ocean views. This is a little bit of the Navy bungalow. New and safe space. In addition to the accommodation with bed and bath linens, we offer, at no additional cost, 1 beach kit with 1 umbrella with a pump for fixing it in the sand, 1 cooler, and 2 beach chairs, one with a tray for holding glasses.
