Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

Wow, as good as the photos are - they understate the size of the property which is gigantic. It is a mansion, not a house and you’ll forever be finding additional seating and areas throughout your stay. The property could use a little love, but ultimately this adds to the charm and evident history of the villa. Paintings, ornaments and the likes are littered through the house adding to the intrigue. Thankfully the roads leading up the villa are wide and well paved once you get to the private compound gate (2 km’s), and there are better roads than others pre this point. There is a stray cat which likes to rest on the property, however it does keep to itself and may not be permanent. The bedrooms are huge, all with ensuites and the dual kitchen gives you options too. It really is a special place to stay with amazing views of the water, city and mountains.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Sciacca. The interior design is elegant and thoughtful, with seasonal flowers adding a personal and charming touch from Jasmijn herself. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, and the location is perfect—right in the historical center, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and all kinds of local trattorias. Jasmijn and Enzo are exceptional hosts: warm, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. A highly recommended spot for anyone visiting Sciacca!

We had a lovely stay! The place was just as described and seen in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy. Marco was a great host, he was very responsive during our stay and helped us check in and find parking and also provided local recommendations!! Thank you!! :)

My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and loved it. The view is absolutely incredible. It is only a short walk down to the beach and local amenities. The host was very helpful and reliable. She provided local recommendations and assisted us with transfers from the train station and to the airport. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would be very happy to go back!

Such a unique and wonderful piece of heaven in an already beautiful place. Francesca was super nice and helpful. Something I’m always hoping for in review is about the beds. They are probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Super soft linens and pillows were perfect. We slept amazingly well during our stay! I can’t recommend this place more. Book it! You won’t regret it.

We had a great stay! Maia was very responsive and helpful with her suggestions! The private area of the beach was great too. Chairs were available on the property which was nice since the beach is so rocky. They ARE building on the edge of the beach in front of the house, so the construction noise started pretty early - not a problem for us though since we are early risers! We did have a little issue with some small ants (they invaded my daughter’s backpack) but that is to be expected in a warmer climate and open windows! Overall, an amazing place!!

We had a fantastic stay at Silke’s place. Tranquil location with stunning views and a stunning sunrise if you’re an early riser! I agree with many other reviews, the villa is even better in person. Alexandra and Alex greeted us, were extremely friendly and hospitable and were very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more from a hosting perspective. You’ll need a car to get the most out of the experience. Some of the roads leading to the villa are unpaved (no problem) but a car that isn’t super low would be preferable. The pool was warm, there were multiple comfortable outdoor spaces which we found positively impacted our stay. The whole design of the villa is great. The villa was perfectly equipped and we couldn’t ask for anything more during our stay. Would highly recommend!
