Holiday rentals with beach access in Cinisi

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We felt incredibly comfortable. Andrea and his team make absolutely everything possible. They picked us up from the airport themselves. Andre was also very accommodating to us at the end of our trip when it came to checkout. You don't often experience so much kindness and friendliness. Everyone responds very quickly to messages. And as for the accommodation, you can only say that it looks like the pictures. The balcony is a dream to relax. We spent every evening and morning there. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook for yourself and the bed is comfortable. We were 100% happy and I can only strongly recommend everyone to book this accommodation if they have the necessary money for it.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

We had a lovely stay at Il Bijoux for 10 days. The accommodation is exactly as per the photos - spacious, well laid out and with everything you need for your stay. It was different for us to stay within a town and what really worked was the proximity to the restaurants, shops and all the sights of Castellemare del Golfo. Bartolomeo is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb. Thank you Bartolomeo for such a lovely holiday. We hope to be back.

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

Francesca is a great host, we were guests in the beautiful apartment for 14 days and felt very comfortable from the first to the last day. Both beaches are within walking distance. There are good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, for example at the harbor or on the market square. Opposite there is a Panifica for fresh bread and everything you need for a delicious breakfast. Communication with Francesca went very well. We were well informed. Also worth mentioning is the beautiful roof terrace. Absolutely recommended.

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and I had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the convenience store (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to come back!

We had a wonderful couple of days at Vincenza’s. He was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. The place itself is very well appointed. We would absolutely return.

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe's, everything was perfect and as advertised! The location of the apartment is really great, between the sea and the mountain, the landscapes are breathtaking, the calm is also very pleasant! Cala Rossa beach and the small town of Terrasini are absolutely splendid. Giuseppe is a very welcoming and available host, he even recommended places to see. In short, a perfect stay!

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. We had a fantastic time at casa carrubo. The house has a lot of space, the garden and pool are wonderful and so are the outside kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed our time a lot. The regional train station is 10 min walking distance. To get to a restaurant in the evening it's easier to move by car, however a supermarket is close by. Thanks for letting us stay until the afternoon on check out day! Highly recommended for larger groups who want to have a relaxing and fun time.

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

We loved our stay here - right near everything, walkable to the port and the beach and local shops. It was exactly as pictured and such a gem in the center of the area. The hot tub and terrace were extra special!

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to stay longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and a beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the place with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

We really loved our stay at the accommodation! Nino is very friendly and gave us so many helpful recommendations for places and good restaurants around Balestrate. He responded directly to any questions we had. We felt really welcome!

Santo was very warm and kind. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and the center. Best location possible. I was also lucky enough to receive a very nice cultural gift from beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything neat and comfortable. I recommend staying several days and traveling by car wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.
