Holiday rentals with beach access in Cinisi

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

We felt incredibly comfortable. Andrea and his team make absolutely everything possible. They picked us up from the airport themselves. Andre was also very accommodating to us at the end of our trip when it came to checkout. You don't often experience so much kindness and friendliness. Everyone responds very quickly to messages. And as for the accommodation, you can only say that it looks like the pictures. The balcony is a dream to relax. We spent every evening and morning there. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook for yourself and the bed is comfortable. We were 100% happy and I can only strongly recommend everyone to book this accommodation if they have the necessary money for it.

A fabulous Apartment in the best location. It is better than the photographs, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The panoramic views are wonderful.

The ordered transfer was punctual and safe. Despite the high temperatures outside, the temperature in the apartment was very pleasant. The equipment of the apartment fully met our expectations, consistent with the description, fully functional. Loredana and Sophie are extremely helpful, very hospitable, they are model hosts. Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and I had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the convenience store (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to come back!

Fantastic stay! The apartment is everything that it is announced and more. You will be surprised by the attention on the details (cudos on the amenities). The location is very special and the view is absolutely beautiful. The beach is quite busy on weekends but much calmer on the weekdays. We had a perfect stay. Giuseppe made everything even more special, the most thoughtful and caring host I've seen. Ricorderemo sempre questo viaggio con grande affetto. Grazie!

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Vincenza’s. He was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. The place itself is very well appointed. We would absolutely return.

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe's, everything was perfect and as advertised! The location of the apartment is really great, between the sea and the mountain, the landscapes are breathtaking, the calm is also very pleasant! Cala Rossa beach and the small town of Terrasini are absolutely splendid. Giuseppe is a very welcoming and available host, he even recommended places to see. In short, a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. We had an incredibly great time. Guiseppe is a great host. He helped us find a car park, gave us tips for the area and when we asked him where we could buy olive oil for cooking because we had forgotten to bring some with us, he was at the door 2 minutes later with oil for us. The view is fantastic and we felt very comfortable. We would come back at any time and highly recommend this accommodation.

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! From reception to checkout, we were warmly looked after. The family was always there for us and gave us numerous tips and recommendations. The apartment is very child- and family-friendly (toys, beach utensils, etc.). Even all the basic kitchen and bathroom utensils (shower gel, sponge, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) were provided and you didn't have to go to a supermarket right away. The beach (very shallow, perfect for children) is only 2 rows of houses away and we always visited on foot. Also the restaurant right at the beach was excellent. It is the ideal starting point for all excursions in the northwest (Scopello, Zingaro, Palermo, Erice, Trapani, etc.). 2km away is a super vegetable farmer with an animal farm (super program with smaller children and fresh vegetables). Thanks to the family, we had an exceptionally beautiful holiday here. We have taken the entire place and the family into our hearts! Grazie Mille!

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to stay longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and a beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the place with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

My husband and I spent four nights at Daniele’s place and just simply wish we could stay there longer. The apartment was very nice; spacious, fresh and very clean, with the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the harbor. Parking spot, right by the apartment, was priceless. Daniele and Claudia were amazing hosts; kind, friendly, always super responsive. We would love to stay in their place again!

We really loved our stay at the accommodation! Nino is very friendly and gave us so many helpful recommendations for places and good restaurants around Balestrate. He responded directly to any questions we had. We felt really welcome!

Santo was very warm and kind. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and the center. Best location possible. I was also lucky enough to receive a very nice cultural gift from beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything neat and comfortable. I recommend staying several days and traveling by car wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.
