Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Rossella’s. She and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay with 2 couples- it’s essentially 2 apartments. Great AC, privacy, and super close to the beach and restaurants!

Our stay with Vincenzo, his sister Carmen and Mama Concetta was just perfect all around! Already upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. With their valuable insider tips, they made our vacation something very special. Whether you have questions about the area, restaurant recommendations or small extra requests. The apartment was immaculately clean and well appointed. We especially liked the great terrace with sea view and the proximity to the sea - in a few minutes you can walk to the clean sandy beach. Especially nice for families: there were even toys and sun protection for the beach. The air conditioning provided pleasant nights, and the secure parking directly at the apartment was very comfortable. There is a cozy café with delicious ice cream and a great restaurant nearby. We felt comfortable from the first moment - not least because of the warm hospitality of Vincenzo, Carmen and Mama Concetta. We will definitely come back! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

We had a one night stay before an early morning flight. The location was perfect. We had a lovely day at the beach. Margherita was very helpful and even gave us a ride to the airport at 4:00am. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

The house is perfect for enjoying Mondello beach, comfortable and complete with everything, including parking. Benedetto is an exceptional host, he also welcomed us with some very welcome surprises and allowed us flexible hours. Highly recommended :-)

Zaira’s place was perfect for our first time in Palermo/Sicily. Explored downtown, some local villages, and Zingaro Nature Reserve before taking car ferry to Sardinia. Pool area was awesome and her garden immaculate. Thanks very much!

We had a lovely stay at Veronica's apartment. Small but clean and kitchen has everything you could need. It's a great location, lots to do around and a great pizza restaurant just down the road. We hired a car so was conveniently located to travel around the island. Veronica was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for having us.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

We (couple and 1 child) had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Balestrate, Sicily! The property is really cool – the house is spacious and the large garden was a real highlight; it’s the perfect place to relax, with plenty of seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. The pool was fantastic – clean and just the right size for a refreshing dip on hot days. Nino was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were a girls' group in the villa and immediately felt at home. We had a very nice time.

We had a wonderful time staying at her home! I mistakenly thought it would be family-friendly since a crib was listed. It is not family-friendly and best for couples 😊. I arrived with my husband, 2.5 year old, and a baby. She could’ve kicked us out (listing is for max 2 people- I misread), but she allowed us to stay after talking with the authorities. She also could’ve charged us more but did not. We are extremely grateful. Everything else was perfect! It’s a great home and sooo close to the beach!

We were completely happy with the place! The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, well equipped and very well maintained - as was the kitchen. Communication with Andrea went smoothly. Particularly helpful: He organized a taxi for us from the airport and was always available. Andrea was very accommodating to us in everything and made the stay really pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located near the center of Mondello – we could easily reach the beach on foot. There are many great restaurants in the area, and Palermo is also easily accessible by bus. Our stay in Mondello was great – not least thanks to Andrea and his beautiful accommodation. We had an amazing stay. The room was clean, convenient and comfortable. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily, which was very nice. This was the perfect stay for a seaside holiday. We can’t wait to come back.

Rosario’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and for enjoying the beach. Loved the huge terrazzo to spend family time! He was a great host offering suggestions and was very friendly and responsive. The amenities offered were wonderful and made our stay feel like home. Definitely would recommend his place for a relaxing holiday as it is away from city central.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

Dario was incredible! Casa Fortuna was the perfect place to stay. We are 2 girlfriends in our 30s. This spot is extremely walkable to everything fun! Right around the corner from the grocery and restaurants. Dario was helpful in getting us access to a beach club to rent chairs. He gave local recommendations and has a cute store in the square. Mondello is the place to stay, and day trip to Palermo. The accommodation is perfect. He coordinated our airport transfers to and from Palermo airport (20mins) and was there to check us in and show us around. The view is as beautiful as pictured!! We cannot wait to come back.

We had an incredibly lovely stay. This was due, among other things, to the fact that Marco proactively helped us as a host and when we had an issue with the toilet, he immediately ordered a plumber. The place is really walking distance to the beach, is fenced and has a very nice terrace and space for two cars. The amenities were as indicated. We use the large outdoor kitchen daily. Note that there is no classic living room, but the terrace can be used for this. We enjoyed our stay as well as the island. We can highly recommend Marco and the house.

We enjoyed 10 days at Casa Sul Mare very much. The apartment is as described. Check-in and check-out were as agreed. Angela explained everything we need to know. We especially liked the terrace. Thanks to the mild and friendly weather, we spent most of the time there when we weren't on the road. We hiked a lot: along the beach, in the Segesta Archaeological Park, Punta Raisi, Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, Riserva Naturale Monte Cofano, Riserva Naturale Bosco di Alcamo, ... all highly recommended for hiking enthusiasts. And everything blooms in this season. Shopping at the nearby Conad is just a short walk away, but to explore the area you need a car.

Beautiful home with the most beautiful view of water, beach and mountains. Very nice apartment that was exactly as described. Our host was very helpful and always quick to respond. Great recommendation from here.
