Shepherds Hut Hideway!

JinnyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My 11 year old son, my dog and myself had one of the most pleasant in this beautiful cosy comfortable guy with the most pleasant view from the patio as you open the door overseeing the lake. The pictures don’t do this place justice - you have to see it to believe how pristine it is. We all slept comfortably and we enjoyed spending time in the garden and surrounding. Perfect place to recharge and connect with nature. We had everything we needed to cook and entertain, we were allowed to have a campfire by the lake and this was the highlight of our stay. We are planning to come each season to be by nature and Grants hospitality is one of the most accommodating. Thank you again for a pleasant stay and we shall see you again.

The Railway Carriage, Woodchurch, Kent

MonikaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a fantastic stay at Railway Carriage! Peaceful, private and surrounded by beautiful countryside- it was the perfect escape. The Carriage was cozy anf well-equipped, and Phil and Alex were incredibly welcoming. Sitting by the firepit at night, under the stars, was especially relaxing and made the trip extra memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in nature.

Rural Garden studio in area of natural beauty

BelindaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I have stayed with Elizabeth several times before and as always she is a welcoming host, any little problems and she is quick to deal with them. The property is quirky, with slopping roof, kitchen has a combination cooker and airfryer. Fresh eggs are supplied from the free range chickens and ducks. It is in the countryside and at places the roads are single carriage way with passing places, so no rally racing.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut with Hot Tub

HelenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely one night stay. Beautifully finished hut and being able to have a hot tub watching the sunset was a joy! We feel for Andrew, our host, as the building permissions stalling mean the view from the hut is less than ideal. But it did not spoil our stay

We had a wonderful stay & were made to feel welcome & comfortable. Bread, milk, granola & marmalade were lovely touches. Lovely furnishes, kitchen & bathroom. Our 2 dogs were very welcome aswell, stunning walks as soon as you open the stable style door, fantastic scenery & farm land. We visited the Rose & Crown twice for yummy food with excellent service & dog friendly. For us this was the perfect stay, thank you xx

Thatchie (with private Hot Tub), near Deal, Kent

JoeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Would definitely recommend this to friends and are very likely to return. Enjoyed local pub The Coach a walk away for burgers and cocktails. Shopped in the local Algar Lodge Farm Shop. The place was easy to find, well maintained, and completely matched the photos. We loved the hot tub. Very peaceful getaway.

The Goods Truck

NaomiRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Stayed in the private suite for one night and found it absolutely delightful — snug, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped for a short countryside escape. The space had everything we needed, and the surrounding area is peaceful and full of charm. The location is walkable to Selling station, but do note: if you’re relying on public transport, trains can be delayed or cancelled, which can make getting there a bit tricky without a car. Once you’re there, it’s lovely — surrounded by fields, and close to some wonderful seasonal activities like cherry picking and farm dinners. A great choice for a serene overnight stay in nature.

Daisy The Shepherds Hut

AmyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I found Emma's place by accident when I was looking for somewhere for my husband and I to have a couple of days to reset and switch off. It was exactly what I didn't know I needed. The setting is beautiful, and even the rain sounded so peaceful from inside. It's a perfect little bolthole with everything you need and Emma gave us privacy but made sure to keep in touch to see if we needed anything. We took a lovely walk to Balfour winery for a fizzy pitstop before walking round into Marden for some local lunch and then back to the Hut. Exactly the change of scenery we needed. The little gifts of cookies and strawberries were lovely to discover after an evening arrival and the Hut really is decorated perfectly. Is there anything more peaceful than having a cup of tea in bed looking out onto a sea of Christmas trees, listening to the wildlife. We will definitely be back.

Delightful shepherd hut with private hot tub

JaniceRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Such a warm friendly welcome from Lucy and hubby. We enjoyed an evening walk and came back to a wonderful hot tub to relax in together which Lucy had got ready for us. The shower was great - hot and powerful. We had a comfortable night and made a cooked breakfast in the morning to enjoy on the decking listening to birdsong. The surrounding walks are peaceful - passing sheep, cows, horses and along the stream we passed a swan with her 5 signets. Thank you for a lovely birthday stay. 😊

Hoppers' Hideaways - The Hoppers' Halt - Kent

EmmaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Truly beautiful countryside escape! We had the most peaceful stay. Our 10 month old son loved the soft meadow to crawl around and explore, and the big swing under the trees by the orchard was a hit! The cabin is beautifully decorated, very clean, and really maximized space while feeling cozy and luxurious. There’s several National Trust estates and gardens to visit nearby. We also enjoyed visiting a few vineyards and family friendly pubs a short drive away. The location was easy to find but felt private and secluded, perfect for a family getaway! Hannah and her family are so welcoming. They have thought of everything to make the stay extra special, from the wood fire hot tub to homemade ice cream from raspberries from their garden. Thank you for the most wonderful memories!

Delightful 1 bedroom lodge with hot tub

JustinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Fuggles is nicely tucked away from the buzz of the city, but the area is still very easy to find, the lodge and surroundings private and quiet. The cabin was well equiped with everything we needed to cook and rest and we felt a warm welcome from the start with yumy gifts left for us and nice and clear instructions on how to use the hot tub, etc. Beautiful nature all around - we saw a bunny just outside the window and had the comfiest ever bird watching from the hot tub. Perfect weekend escape, recommended.

The Eco Hut (Shepherds hut) - Blean Bees Glamping

CharlieRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We had such a lovely time staying in the eco hut. It was really well equipped, the beds were comfortable and it was warm inside. The log burner is such a lovely touch. The grounds are also amazing - so impressed with the showers. How clean the toilets were. The site is great for kids, ours loved playing with the mud kitchen and exploring the site grounds. We walked in Blean woods, did day trips to whistable & Minnus bay both were lovely. And went to the Red lion pub which was also great. Tilly was great & helped us with everything we needed. Will be coming back again
