The Artist's Barn at Wye

Stay in the Artist's Barn! Set in a beautiful garden in the charming village of Wye, the Barn is a delightful place to spend the night and escape from the world. It's a unique experience, filled with lovely paintings, porcelain cows, a miniature doll's house, and all sorts of unexpected delights, including Hedgehogs in the white garden behind the barn. An ideal way to experience life in an English village, or explore the countryside of East Kent, and the nearby sights of Canterbury and Dover.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Birchington Chalet

Birchington chalet is 5 minutes walk to the sea or the railway station and the village centre, where you will find all amenities . You’ll love our chalet, it is comfortable airy, has a large walk in shower,a self contained kitchen and secure parking. It is a short walk to Minnis Bay where you can enjoy beach life, then good food and wine while you watch the stunning sunset at The Minnis. We welcome couples, singles, business travellers, cyclists, watersport enthusiasts walkers, and families.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.
