Great location for walking to the town, but tucked nicely away from the hustle and bustle! Spacious apartment

A superbly designed upstairs bijou apartment. Very well appointed and all squeezed into a small space. My second time staying here. Chrissy is a very friendly and communicative host.

Lovely self contained room with its own shower room/toilet. Teresa met us when we arrived and ran through everything we needed to know. There was everything we needed for the night and Teresa was helpful with the breakfast and drinks she supplied as we were leaving early. The room was in the perfect place for us, 2 minutes from our event the next day and 20 minutes drive to Felixtowe beach (where we went for a few hours) Would happily have stayed more nights and wouldn't hesitate to rebook if we were heading down that way again.

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

It was absolutely wonderful. Everything was spotless and smelled great. All the facilities were in excellent condition. The lodge had a large, beautiful yard with a private entrance, and the hosts were incredibly kind and respectful. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay—I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved this home and would love to stay again! It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and has a fab garden, which we were able to use a lot due to the gorgeous weather. Close to shops, great cafes and the beach. Really quick and helpful responses from hosts. We really appreciated the lovely welcome gift and the bucket and spade got a lot of use - thank you! We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back.

Comfortable home in peaceful location but near to the beach, very pet friendly. Mersea island is a lovely location. Plenty of lovely pubs within 10min walking distance. Mel is a fantastic host, very friendly and goes out of her way to make your holiday special.

This was, I believe my 6th stay here. It’s perfect for visiting our relatives. Lovely bungalow, in peaceful surroundings! Rachel is always very helpful and lovely to communicate with. Thankyou once again!

Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly want and more. Little extras such as the personal welcome board, scones and jam, milk , tea bags and biscuits. Spotlessly clean, nice decor, comfy beds and lovely garden to sit in. Can thoroughly recommend.

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ryan’s Airbnb for 52 nights, and it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Ryan was an excellent host—responsive, accommodating, and always available to address any questions or concerns. The space itself was well-maintained, and in a great neighborhood. It was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near the places I needed to be, with easy access to the Elizabeth Line, making transportation effortless. Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! The place was clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. The location was perfect, close to everything. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

Lovely 2 bed, ground level flat, tastefully decorated and clean. Really appreciated the toys left out for our toddler and books and games supplied. Well supplied kitchen with everything you need to cook for a family. Only small improvement that could be made would be the addition of a microwave, as there is room for one, it would have made warming milk more convenient. Quiet enough street and although parking off road wasn't possible we found spaces quite close, you just need to be good at a tight squeeze parallel park. Leigh on see town and beautiful belfairs park within walking distance and only 10 minute drive to Southend on see. Worked well for us to visit friends and was a lovely stay.
