Beachfront holiday rental in Civitavecchia

We decided to stay one night in Civitavecchia before boarding our cruise, and it turned out to be an excellent choice thanks to Monia’s wonderful hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making sure we were comfortable in her beautiful apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly cozy and peaceful—you immediately feel at home. Every detail is just as described, and the apartment is beautifully maintained. The location is also perfect: right in the center, with plenty of charming spots to explore within walking distance. Monia’s recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on and helped us make the most of our short stay. We definitely recommend this place, and we’ll be back—next time for a longer visit to discover more of this lovely part of Italy.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

the accommodation is very comfortable and enjoys a strategic location..the main shops (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance. For tennis lovers, in front of the accommodation there is a club where you can play.licoletta, the host, has always made herself available and is very responsive to messages. Highly recommended

Easy location close to a bus stop, pharmacy, hardware store, laundry, grocery store, pet store, two restaurant and a great coffee shop. Less than 3 minutes to the sea. Nice walk on Lungomare Marconi along the shore surrounded by beautiful villas.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!

5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

Great apartment in the heart of all the action in Ostia. Right across the street from the beach. Many restaurants all around. Great location for airport and the city of Rome with train close by. Would recommend it highly.

This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is wonderful, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We stayed here the night before our flight and loved getting to relax on the beach and enjoy a nice seafood dinner. Francesca was extremely helpful with booking a taxi to the airport. She also stored our luggage for us since we arrived before the check in time, making it possible for us to go to the beach! The apartment is stocked with everything you might need and was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Top location just steps from the sea. Also convenient for walking to numerous bars and restaurants. Accurate and punctual communication and directions. Recommended.
