The Country House

On one level house of 87 square meters between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is composed of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room, bright, consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden, and a garage. Everything to enjoy and safety.

Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!
