Enjoy a break in our newly refurbished 2 bedroomed Mid Terraced house with the beach being at the bottom of the road - 1 minute walk away. Our house is in walking distance to Clacton town for restaurants/cafes/pubs and Pier. 30 mins drive from Colchester & Harwich Ferry Port. The house has 1 DB bedroom, 1 bedroom with adult size bunk beds, kitchen/diner, bathroom, living room with a 55" TV and free Wifi. Fully Electric. Private parking. Rear access with fenced garden, shed & patio table/chairs.

Rest and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway within five minutes walk from East Clacton sandy beaches on the outskirts of Clacton on Sea. A few miles away there are Nature Reserves and places of historical interest. You can enjoy long walks and/or cycling further afield along the seafront. Clacton Pier is about 20 minutes walk away where you’ll also find a good choice of restaurants etc. The cottage has its own private entrance with parking. There are also regular train and bus services.

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.
