The accommodation is accessible by the mountain road, which is difficult if you are not used to it but the panoramic views once you arrive at the village are really amazing. The environment is quiet, tranquil and soothing, and seems timeless. It's very nice. The apartment is well equipped, functional and cozy. There are hiking trails within walking distance and great views. The lakes of Como and Lugano are about a 30 minute drive away (small roads). A beautiful place to recharge.

Simple but very well-stocked apartment, cozy and in a great position. In the area there are beautiful walks to do, starting directly from the house, very panoramic and quiet.

My partner and I were there for two days. To ensure us an extended visit, Stefano adjusted the check-in/out times so that we could enjoy the Airbnb a little longer. The location is fantastic and Monique is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

The location of the house and the wonderful and relaxing view make the stay worthwhile. The house is comfortable, very well maintained and clean. The availability and courtesy of the host are the final touch of a stay to be repeated.

Beautifully designed apartment in a dream location

To be fair, We arrived late and left early. It was a very short stay. We had no time to check the surrounding area. We cooked a meal, slept and showered. Very satisfied regarding the first 2. The bathroom has it's quirks but served us for that one time. Mary is very kind, awaited our arrival and helped us with getting settled. The spacious apartment felt very comfortable for our family with 2 children. Thank you Mary for the good care!

The place in Gandria was stunning! Quiet, relaxing and the view is most definitely like a post card! Daniel was great with his communication, the host and local tourist guide Ana beautiful and warm. Felt welcome and at home.

This was a lovely place. It's centrally located, very clean, beautiful balcony view, very usable kitchen, the shower water pressure was great and the bed was firm, large and comfortable. Also the pillows were so good (orthopedic). highly recommend. I would buy food to prepare in the kitchen though as all of the restaurants close by are tourist traps (expensive and poor quality).

Myself and Grace my daughter were on a European road trip. We booked this place at fairly short notice, Vanessa was brilliant from the first part of communication to the last. Gave us loads of info regarding things to do and loads of Tel numbers for local restaurants and taxi/boat services. The villa was typical Italian in deco (fab)very clean and spacious and brilliantly located. Thanks ever so much to Venessa and Emma , hopefully I will Return one day.

I highly recommend this place!! It was extremely clean, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view everywhere you looked, everything you would need. The house came with little treats, maps, information, and was walkable to sweet little restaurants, views etc. The hosts were SO kind, helpful and wonderful!! We would entirely stay there again!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay at Petrica’s place. The home was very big ,spacious , spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we could want. Every item here was kept so thoughtfully. Petrica was an amazing host and was very friendly. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend staying here.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

We stayed at Alice’s apartment in Gandria, just outside Lugano, and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautifully situated with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano—it’s truly the highlight of the place. Waking up to that serene lake scene every morning was unforgettable. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and cozy—perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Even though it rained for much of our stay, the space was so comfortable that we didn’t mind spending extra time indoors, just enjoying the view and peaceful atmosphere. Alice was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful tips about the area. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind away from the busier city center, while still being close enough to enjoy everything Lugano has to offer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with unbeatable lake views. I’d definitely stay here again—hopefully with sunnier weather next time!

Absolutely stunning location and great views from all windows and the balcony, the photos shown here are amazing but are even better in reality. The home was so lovely, and surprisingly cool on a very hot day. Marco was a great host, gave lots of recommendations and was always on hand if needed. Thank you!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.
