Monthly Rentals in Clarksburg

Let me just say, when I booked the Skep House, I got way more than I bargained for. I was initially looking for an affordable place to stay while visiting Morgantown for a community hobby event I was attending. All the event recommended lodging was a bit out of budget for me, so I went on AirBnB to look for something more affordable, private, homey and comfortable. Jeff's house was not only affordable, but it was incredibly clean, comfortable, private, and most importantly—relaxing! 10 out of 10 I would stay at the Skep house again, not just for an alternative option but just for the sake of staying at this exact spot, again! That's right, I would definitely stay at this place again just for the sake of the peacefulness, hospitality, and accommodations. I brought my own food but was surprised I got to enjoy Jeff's own farm fresh eggs and bread. If you want a magical place to stay, reserve the Skep house. You won't regret it!

Jade was a fantastic host. Jade made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive when needed. The townhouse was perfect for out needs and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

What a cozy and welcoming home!!! Erica was a hospitable and responsive host whose home was exactly what we needed for our family/work weekend. It had so many unique features and thoughtful amenities such as large flatscreen tvs in every room (bedrooms, living room, even the kitchen) as well as more stocked snacks and food in the cabinets, fridge, and freezer than some people have in their own home. When we asked to have a later checkout so we could have local family over for a Father’s Day brunch with leftovers from a catering we had the night before she was super understanding and accommodating to our request. Erica was so nice! Our dog, Sunny, even chewed a hole in one of the throw blankets and when we offered to pay for it she responded that we didn’t need to worry about it because those things happen. We feel super lucky to have stumbled on Erica’s gracious space. We look forward to staying again. FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Paps place was great. It had everything you would need. 100x better than a motel room. Jeremy stayed in touch with you with checking in, and during our stay checking to see if we needed anything and after checkout. I would definitely recommend Paps place!!
