Great communication, beautiful home, everything as described, and the most comfortable beds I've slept on at a guest home. This was a lesson learned for me to check listings to ensure that laundry is available on site in future; that's the only thing I wish this listing had, but it's my fault not filtering for that. (There's a laundromat 1 minute away.) I would absolutely recommend this place to others. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The hosts were responsive and clear with all instructions, which made check-in and check-out smooth. The location was great, and the space had everything we needed. We created some lovely memories here—highly recommend!

Our stay at Nicole’s was wonderful. The place was exactly as described and great for families. The City Park is within walking distance and provides a great place to go with kids. There were lots of games in the space to also play, and the deck was a great option on cooler nights. My situation dictated that I needed a place quickly, and Nicole was very understanding and responsive whenever I reached out. I would highly recommend staying with her, especially if you have a family and are looking for a great family friendly place!

12 of us had a wonderful stay for a family-wedding weekend! The house makes very good use of space, hard to believe there are five bedrooms but there are, and they were clean and comfortable, and the bedding was hotel-like, we felt very pampered! Plenty of towels and linens! The three-bed bedroom was perfect for our 20-something kids and their significant others, they enjoyed "bunking" together! The KC temps were upper 90s during our stay and the AC in the house was FABULOUS. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, especially the Keurig, which got LOTS of use. We even made pancakes on the griddle provided. The silverware, dishes, appliances and all the little kitchen "extras" were spot on in quality and quantity. The backyard deck was great. It was mostly too hot for us to be out there except in the later evening, but we really enjoyed it, watching the fireflies out in the backyard was a bonus! Janita is FABULOUS! Very prompt in responding. Highly recommend!!!

The surrounding were very peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub was amazing for some relaxation. The kitty cat was a sweet soul. Mark was very responsive to a few wasp near the front door. Thank you! Will be back for sure.

I stayed here with some friends on a short girls trip and we had such a great time. There were SO many things to do and it had anything we ever could have needed. Very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Tina’s place with two friends while we were in Kansas City celebrating a birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The home is so cute — beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the beds have incredibly comfortable linens, and the bathrooms are well-stocked with thoughtful touches throughout. Tina went above and beyond for us, even accommodating a special request during our stay. The location is great too — several coffee shops within walking distance, close to major areas of Kansas City, and easy parking. Her place feels magical. Highly recommend!

The apartment is near the freeway, but very quiet in a quiet neighborhood. It is convenient to major sightseeing attractions. It has two wonderful outdoor living spaces, both on the upper level. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but Kristen was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again when we are in KC!

Super cozy space. It was very well stocked, and communication with Katrin was great. It's in a pretty suburban area but not too difficult to get to downtown KC from. We had a great experience.

Savannah was a great host. She made sure everything was to our expectations and asked if we needed anything. Great response time if we had any questions or trouble with anything. Definitely recommend her place! 10/10!

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this basement apartment. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a country setting but not far from the city. Hosts were very nice. We would stay again if we are in the area!

The host was extremely nice as was the house itself. 10/10 would recommend if you're in the mood for a trip to Kansas City!

My wife and I came into town for a music festival and Twin Cedars was perfect for us to stay nearby. The site is beautiful and secluded while being very close to many things to do. The space was spotless and very welcoming. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable, as well. Jodi and Brandon communicated clearly and instructions were very easy to understand. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

Melanie was great and helpful to any questions we had! Check in was smooth! A little difficult to locate certain unit, but once found it was easy to access! Good privacy and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would return if in the area! Perfect for small group travels.

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

Jeff and kims had everything. From toilet paper to bath products to cleaner. There were snacks on the table for us and a few bottles of cold water in the fridge. After driving 12 hours with 4 kids and the humidity change.. that was nice to come into. And helped save some bucks on breakfast and snacks. There was extra bedding. Washer/dryer. Really everything someone would need. It was really nice to not drive home with mounds of dirty clothes or having to go spend time at laundromat before driving 12 hours home. House was clean. As described. Nice neighborhood. All sorts of things within walking distance. Great communication. Thank you very much.

Super cute and quirky old brick home with a great vibe. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the most awesome art museum. There is tons to do, eat and drink close by. It fit our needs perfectly. The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and helpful.
