Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Clay County

Cottage in the country was just what we needed for our weekend in KC. Great location for Kauffman and Arrowhead games. Lots of options for other entertainment and places to eat. Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath getaway. Beds and pillows were some of the best.

What a beautiful home in the country! Shannon was an amazing communicator and very helpful in the very few instances needed. The house was extremely clean and had all of the things, small and large, needed for the trip. I also had 2 dogs with me on the trip and Shannon had 2 dog kennels in an air conditioned garage that worked out perfectly for the couple of times I left the house for longer lengths of time. I also worked from the house for a few days and used the little office under the stairs. Overall, a solid property that I would love to stay at again on future trips back home to the KC outskirts. Nikki was great to work with. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Felt like we were right at home. They communicated well and gave us all the details we needed. Would recommend to other guests looking for a home away from home for a few days.

What a gorgeous place! Nestled into a beautifully wooded lot in an established neighborhood, this modern house had everything we could possibly need. The number of bedrooms and full bathrooms was perfect for our larger group. Getting ready was a breeze without having to wait in line for a shower or worry about hot water running out. Super comfy couches and plenty of seating in the living room was great for a movie night and the beautiful kitchen made me want to move in!! Would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

Kelli was an amazing host! The property was just as described and was perfect for us. Great country like atmosphere. The home was so nicely decorated. This place was wonderful with beautiful views from the screened in porch or the fire pit area. Spacious interior with an open plan for the kitchen, dining, living areas. Well stocked for playing a variety of outdoor games, we played wiffle ball with our son, they had equipment for a variety of sports such as a pickleball court, rubber bases for wiffle ball or kick ball, and more.

Lavonne and Don were wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The house was extremely clean and well equipped with the items we required. There are informational instructions everywhere, so that there is no second guessing about how to use things. Nice personal touches everywhere in the house. Because we were there for an event and the entire household needed to get ready at the same time on two different occasions, I commend them for having, what seemed to be, a very large hot water heater!

My family and I really enjoyed Autumn’s place. It was the perfect place to meet up with my son and his family. Great outdoor space to barbecue and let the little ones play. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. I liked that basement had its own living room, bed, and bathroom.

We have stayed in many AirB&Bs and this home in Overland Park is the best one we’ve stayed in! It was squeaky clean, had quality craftsmanship, tastefully decorated, well stocked with anything you may need, a comfortable bed, and the perfect location! I appreciate that Cheryl and Steve warmly greeted us upon arrival, and were available next door if we needed them. However, they also gave us plenty of privacy. We didn’t cook, but there was a full kitchen we could use if we stayed longer. We appreciated the washer and dryer and closet to hang up clothing as well as the comfortable sleeping cots for our two young kids. The huge Farmers Market was temporary relocated behind the AirBnB, which made a perfect place to get breakfast on Saturday morning. Down the street there was a playground and a park, which would be nice place to go with littles. They also have a swing set in their yard, which was nice for our kids to get the wiggles out before we hit the road. We will return for sure!

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

Savannah was a great host. She made sure everything was to our expectations and asked if we needed anything. Great response time if we had any questions or trouble with anything. Definitely recommend her place! 10/10!

Jaymi's Airbnb was a great place to stay during my vacation in Kansas City. It’s located in a safe area and a quick drive to restaurants, bars, and other activities. The home was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, and I had everything I needed during my stay. Would recommend!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

My recent stay was fantastic! The space was immaculately clean, and Chris was incredibly welcoming and kind. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and fresh flowers waiting for me upon arrival – such a thoughtful touch! The bed was also incredibly comfortable, with super soft sheets that made for a great night's sleep. I would absolutely suggest others to stay here if you're visiting Kansas City!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and peaceful space. Rylie curated a comfortable, home-like feeling and everything was as described. She was super easy to communicate with and always helpful and clear. We loved the Cabin Under the Moon and would gladly return.

We loved staying here! My husband and I had a massive U-Haul which was able to fit in the driveway. Pet-friendly place with lots of space for our puppy to run and a secluded street for morning and evening walks. Very easy to communicate with host!
