'The Nevis' and 'The Lomond' apartments sit side by side with each other, they operate independently with four guests in each, but if you wanted to have eight guests staying over the two apartments this is also available on request. If you ever find 'The Nevis' is full on the dates you require please check 'The Lomond' for availability. Enjoy your stay in one of Scotland’s best towns. 'The Nevis' has been thoroughly modernised, while retaining a number of the original features. The interior decor beautifully harmonises the contemporary and traditional, and maximises the historical detail throughout. This apartment is a comfortable, functional, yet truly luxurious place to stay. 'The Nevis' is situated on the first floor. You will be welcomed by a traditional Scottish 'Close' gaining access to the front door from two flights of stairs, around 20 in total. The apartment has been refurbished with the traveller in mind, but also being careful to retain some of the original Victorian features. The apartment has a self contained kitchen, including oven, hob, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage for that long stay. There is also a dining table in the bay window for four people to enjoy a home cooked meal. If cooking at home isn't your thing, there are several restaurants within 100 metres for you to enjoy stunning Scottish food, or just a drink. Garvies restaurant is 15 metres from the apartment front door and currently offer any guests at West Highland Apartment 20% off their food bill. The apartment has two double bedrooms offering a Superkng in the master bedroom and a pair of single beds in the second bedroom (as a special request the second bedroom can be made into a double if required). Both bedrooms have wardrobe space and a vanity unit including a hairdryer in Bedroom two. The main living room of the property offers a large three and two sofa for the weary (or not so weary) traveller to relax. There is a 55" 4K TV with Virgin Fiber WIFI if you fancy a movie night via our free Netflix offering. Access to the self contained kitchen is done via the hallway, offering that modern touch in a traditional property. Milngavie Town Centre currently boasts twelve places to eat and enjoy a coffee: Costa, Cafe Alba, F Pizza, Andiamo, Finsbay, Garvies to name a few.
