Holiday rentals with a patio in Cocanha Beach

Sensational, what a wonderful place, an apartment with everything we need, including washing machine, the very attentive Vanessa, gave several tips of places. Condomínio then does not speak, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a few days of rest and enjoyment on the beach, check in is totally easy, we will definitely come back many more times, we love the place!! The apartment is exactly as described, I felt in my own apartment, all beautiful, organized, with utensils in the kitchen, air conditioning, the decoration is beautiful, has an oven, microwave and even watering hole! Since we don't like bustling beach we end up going to other beaches, but it's nearby too to get around. I'll definitely come back more often. The Hosts are to be congratulated!!!

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Extremely clean and organized. The apartment is all equipped, all brand new and clean. Near the beach, you can hear the noise of the waves. Clean beach with quiet waves. It has structure on the sand of the beach with kiosks and bathrooms, as well as restaurants, bakery, market… we did everything on foot. The host we answered quickly and the custodian who received us is super charismatic and helpful. Nothing to complain about. Super recommend.

The great place to stay, especially if you consider the distance from the beach, the otimos kioskes and the square next door that has a lot of trailers at night. It is very close to Cocanha. Quiet and comfortable but the building and the apartment has stairs then beware of the size of the bags or shopping. In addition, the owner is super attentive and clarified all doubts, 10, I recommend it.

Clean, cozy house. Close to the two best beaches in Caraguá, within walking distance. Julio answered questions quickly, clean and large pool. Everything was very good. Super recommend it.

We had an excellent experience at the house during our stay in Caraguatatuba. We were two guests and the accommodation perfectly met our expectations. The house was very clean, well organized and with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Great place to rest! The location was also a strong point, close to the beach, markets and with easy access to the center. The house is in a condominium and we feel safe all the time. The host Rafaella was super attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. It was a quiet and nice stay. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

The location is great, it offers tips on places to visit and everything! The apartment is also very comfortable, a single suggestion would be to have a door there at the entrance where the hydro bath is, both for privacy (because it is open to the garage, when because of the mosquitoes there are a lot!) but it is normal because it is a coastal city, the whole city has it! If the environment had a door it would be easier to control this. Other than that tip, everything is perfect, we will return

I highly recommend it! The Host is really very helpful and cordial. The house is a spectacle of beauty! We took a lot of family photos, the location is great, safe inside a condominium with a concierge, a few steps from the beach. Kitchen with countless utensils to use and Claudio left us a gift, a wonderful table wine!!! I recommend it.

My rating for this accommodation was 5 stars all around!!! The space is exactly as in the photos – clean, comfortable and with all the necessary items for a peaceful stay. The location is also excellent. It was a wonderful experience, we went to work but we still managed to rest peacefully because the space is very cozy, I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it 100%!

The place is delightful, very quiet and well located in a perfect neighborhood for walking, with a market and other amenities very close and a few meters from the beach. The house is very well equipped and the hostess Camila was super helpful and quick to communicate. We recommend the place and on a future opportunity we intend to return!

Excellent hosts... They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, well organized and complete. We were very comfortable. We loved our stay! The place is exactly as described, very clean and organized. Communication with the hosts was excellent — always very agile and helpful. We felt very welcome and we would definitely come back. I recommend it!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Christiane was always super helpful with everything. The house is exactly as advertised and is a very quiet and peaceful condominium. The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life. Only the internet could be faster for those who want to work online. Thank you for everything.

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

It was all very good, the bad thing was that it was a bit of time closed, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach, the sea in front was quite agitated, I received recommendations from Mrs. Rúbia to go to the beach of Cocanha, arriving there, we like the place very much, recommend and would return again, a very clean and organized place, all very good
