Very nice and cozy accommodation! The integration with the forest is amazing! The very polite and kind host and Mr. Zezinho is always smiling on his face and ready to help. Henrique's home is certainly an excellent accommodation for those who enjoy nature and do not give up comfort!

Honestly, the house exceeded all our expectations. Everything you need for accommodation and to feel at home, from utensils to leisure. Warm pool, house in perfect condition and beautiful. Comfortable beds, bathrooms with wonderful showers. Full kitchen. Everything matches the ad and when you get there you see that it's much more beautiful than the photos. Congratulations to Leandro, who is super polite and dedicated to making us feel comfortable. I loved it and will return as many times as I can. And if you're in doubt, you can rent, you won't regret it. Thank you Leandro for the stay, our extended holiday was perfect.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

It was all just beautiful! The house, the area, the sea view! Fantastic! We enjoyed it very much, Isilda was always immediately ready to answer our questions or give tips for excursions. Her maid is the pearl of the house, very attentive and fulfills all wishes. Breakfast ready, kitchen and the rest of the house is very clean tidy. It's a peace in the house, we didn't want to leave! But I'm sure we'll be back! We sincerely thank Isilda for the wonderful time we were allowed to spend in her house. 5 stars +, better than any hotel.

Casainha linda, cozy and well located, we went to Cocanha beach apé with great tranquility. We traveled by motorcycle and Priscila's house was perfect for us, already giving in bed and bath linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, facilitating much of our life. We had only one setback in relation to the wifi of the house, which stopped working, but we had a quick backing from Priscila on what happened and everything was solved as possible, we were very grateful for the quick communication. We only have to thank you!!

Perfect location, easy to live incredible moments. The perfect reception made by the building staff, all very kind. The hostess is always present and quick in replies. Super friendly and participative. I stayed a week and recommend it a lot.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

The space is exactly the same as the photos, except for the view, which is even better in person! Everything very beautiful and comfortable. Denise is a great host and was super attentive during the stay. We'll be back for sure!

No words to describe the accommodation, everything clean, delicious bed linen, full and equipped kitchen (it helped a lot because we stayed 4 days and made most of the meals in the apartment). We went with a baby and Cristina provided an extra mattress. Even with the cold in June, we managed to enjoy one of the days, and the pool water was ice cold. In a hot season, the pool and barbecue area must be incredible. Everything was impeccable, we will return more often!!

Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We are definitely thinking of returning on our next visit to Ubatuba.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.

Sebastian was very attentive, gave several tips and there was also a pamphlet with a lot of local information. The condominium is safe, the house is very good and private. Very clean and with new furniture. Liked it a lot

The condominium is huge and has a pastry chef who is a sweetheart, she is a beautiful professional, recommended by the host herself, who helped me provide one of the best weekends for my family, without a doubt, I will return as soon as possible !
