Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cocoa Beach

This place was the absolute best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The cleanliness was impeccable. From the second you walk in you know it’s been freshly cleaned, and it smelled amazing! (Unlike many places close to the beach). Just immaculate! Everything you could ever need for a family trip is here. The kids were entertained 100% &said they felt like they never wanted to leave. I didn’t pay attention to how much space there was when I booked, but there is SO much! Next time, we will definitely plan to have some extended family join us. The backyard is fully fenced &had so much to do too! The kids LOVED the hammocks & putting green. This family was so accommodating to all requests & respond very quickly. We had no idea how much we needed this little break for our family & felt at peace & able to relax here. We regret not being able to book longer to take advantage of all of these fantastic amenities. The location was perfect! All in all 100% perfect in every category!!

Will definitely be a repeat guest. Very beautiful. Walking to the beach was bonus

We had an amazing stay at this house in Melbourne Beach, FL. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Memorial Day getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great two night stay before our cruise. It's about 15 minutes from the terminal and 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. The kids loved swimming in the pool!

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

Clean house, easy to get inside and he even offered an extra day for free due to a cancellation from his friend. It had everything you need in the kitchen and he allowed pets. We ended up not bringing ours because plans changed. Beds were comfortable enough and the couch was comfortable to sit on. Updated look and not cluttered. The only thing that happened was there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we ran out before we noticed. My fault I guess since I normally show up with some lol Thanks Brandon!

This was our second time staying and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The home is modern with easy access to the beach, having the beach essentials Provided was a huge plus, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals when we stayed in.

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The house and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed plus some. Close to shops, and there were bicycles and everything needed for the beach. Watching the turtles at night was such a unique experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much :)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Steps to the beach. If you prefer a more laid back beach experience, Hedy’s place is perfect! We LOVE how few people were on the beach and could drive up to Cocoa Beach Pier or boardwalk. Hedy is such a delight and sweet person! Our experience was great and relaxing!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

If you are planning to be by the beach. Be by eateries, and stay at a really nice tree top suite?! Omg this place was perfect! Comfy, ac, tv, WiFi, and whole kitchen. Not to mention the balcony with couch and dinner table! I will be visiting again!!!

Rachina Serene Villa was spacious for our family. The pool was a highlight of our trip. Location of the house was perfect for our weekend plans. Only negative thing was the amount of reed diffusers in the house and plug-ins. I had to place them outside on the pool deck for the weekend too strong of mixed scents in the house.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.
