Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung, zentral gelegen mit grandioser Aussicht auf Locarno und den See. Sehr netter Empfang und Betreuung vor Ort durch Katia.

Caslano ist ein wunderschöner Ort um auch länger zu bleiben. Dazu in diesem Appartement zu verweilen ist sehr angenehm. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und Umgebung, die ruhig und gute Lage, d.h. wenige Meter zum See, zum Bahnhof, 2 Supermärkten und Restaurants hat es perfekt gemacht. Genau Infos zum Einchecken werden zugesandt. Ich habe die Zeit genossen und würde das Appartement wieder buchen. Danke der Gastgeberin.

Logement propre, rangé, confortable et avec tout le nécessaire. Il est placé dans un coin extrêmement paisible, ce qui est très agréable. Il y a un restaurant juste à côté et une petite échoppe juste à deux pas du logement. C'est idéal. Et pour se déplacer aux autres villages et points d'intérêts du Lac de Côme, le port à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Merci encore à Mariapia et à Daniela pour l'accueil, la disponibilité et les petits conseils pour notre séjour !

Hosts were VERY responsive at any time of day. Space is great for two people, or for a family with older children. Unfortunately not very convenient for anyone with a lot of luggage or stroller. Too many stairs to climb up with all your things. We later discovered that we could take an elevator from the lower garage in the complex (located next to their swimming pool inside) and take the elevator to the second floor. Wish we knew about that option when we checked in- would’ve made our lives a lot easier( but there were still a few steps either way to have to lug all of your things up). But for anyone that is traveling light, this place is great for you. Located next to train station. Just be aware that it is up high, so you will be walking uphill and downhill to get to anything/ anywhere- which was very tough for us with all of our luggage and small child in stroller. All in all the space was pleasant and what we were looking for - aside for the issue with stairs and uphill from everyt

Studio cómodo, tranquilo, bien situado para moverse con transporte público, se puede cocinar comodamente, con un bello balcón que da a un jardín interno donde se entre ve el lago entre los arboles y se escuchan los pajaros.

Nous avons passés un séjour formidable. Hôtes très sympa , petite attention à notre arrivée Le logement est très propre, calme et bien équipé… la cafetière jura était le petit plus très appréciable. Tout est accessible à pied. Merci pour tout !!

Unsere Ferien in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung waren genial. Tolle Anbindung, grandiose Aussicht, sehr hilfsbereite Betreuung und eine wunderbar ausgestattete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Herzlichen Dank das wir eure Gäste sein durften.

Alina was a great host! She was very responsive and provided a very detailed and helpful guide to Lake Como. We did the hike she recommended down to Perledo square and it was a lovely 20 minute walk/hike. She also provided a list of taxis which evidently are difficult to get in Lake Como! We used Ivan whom Alina recommended and he was always responsive and available for most of our requests. As for the apartment itself, it was INCREDIBLE!!! The views are so breathtaking!! The apartment is modern and very clean. It is also so peaceful and relaxing sitting on the patio. Thank you, Alina, for an unforgettable experience!

Der Empfang durch Katja war sehr herzlich und sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit, da wir schon am Morgen unser Gepäck bei der Wohnung deponieren durften, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation äusserst angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, etwas oberhalb aber doch nicht zu weit oben. Das es in der Wohnung sehr heiss war, lag klar am Wetter und nicht an den Vermietern ;-). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Oktober 2024, 2 Personen Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser schönen, gepflegten Wohnung gefühlt. Sie ist hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet. 2 gleichwertige tolle Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und Qualitätsbettwäsche. Sehr großzügiger Essplatz,auch zum Arbeiten geeignet, super Internet durchgängig. Traumhafter Blick vom schönen Balkon und aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Diese Wohnung ist einfach TOP! Schöne, ruhige Umgebung und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zur Promenade. Brigitte ist ein sympathischer, aufmerksamer Host und hilft, wo sie kann. Wichtig ist, auf die Eincheck und Auscheck-Zeiten zu achten und ein paar Regeln, dann kannst du hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen.

Wir waren über das Auffahrtswochenende in der Wohnung. Leider war Graziella selber im Urlaub aber mit den vielen Nachrichten hat alles super geklappt. Wir waren eine halbe Stunde früher als geplant und der Schlüssel war am abgemachten Ort. Das Zimmer war sauber und wie beschrieben alles vorhanden. Ivo haben wir am anderen Tag auch noch gesehen, er war sehr freundlich und gab auch noch Tipps. Am Sonntag haben wir eine Stunde später das Zimmer verlassen wie abgesprochen. Es war eine angenehme Zeit. Recht herzlichen Dank

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Andrin. Mehr als diese Aussicht vom Balkon braucht man eigentlich nicht, aber auch der Rest der Wohnung ist schön und gut eingerichtet. Bis bald hoffentlich!

Beautiful house and location with stunning stunning views of the lake. Host Alize was just the best so responsive and helpful with all requests and suggestions. Super close to Bellagio and easy to get to all the close by towns. Amazing hikes in walking distance and 2mins walk to the lake. Would 💯 go back and recommend

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Tana del Lupo ist perfekt für einen Urlaub draußen. Auf mehreren Ebenen lässt es sich bei spektakulärer Aussicht schön in den Tag leben, ergänzt durch den wahnsinns Wellnessbereich und die perfekte abgelegene Lage - ein Traum. Innen ist das Haus eher praktisch eingerichtet, dennoch mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Raum ist nach oben offen, was keinen unterschiedlichen Schlafzeiten zulässt und der nächtliche Toilettengang durch die kalte Nacht ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Die 30 Minuten Auffahrt über enge italienische Bergstraßen ist nicht ganz einfach. Aber die Aussicht allemal wert. Wir sind nur einmal runter, um neue Pellets zu besorgen. Im April brauch man gut 2-3 Säcke zum Heizen. Ansonsten wären wir einfach hier oben geblieben. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege von hier aus. Dario war bei jeder Frage schnell per handy erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and beautifully renovated home! The space is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, and the kitchen was well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the lovely jasmine scent that greeted us each time we came in, adding a relaxing and fresh touch. The outdoor area is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully set up for relaxing in the evening. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away yet close to so many things to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely return!

OMG we’re coming back asap!! The family (10 people) spent a great time there to celebrate my wife successful PhD defence. Highly recommended!

ci siamo andati io e la mia compagna, Corinne é stata un ottima host. posto splendido, dintorni meravigliosi. la interno casa molto comodo e spazioso. piccola pecca ma non indispensabile, la notte fa un po' caldo, ma per il resto tutto super top. ci ritorneremo molto sicuramente. Corinne molto flessibile e disponibile a tutte le tue esigenze.

It was a special treat to stay at such a unique property. We felt as if we had been transported back in time. The property had a rustic and authentic atmosphere but with modern conveniences. Excellent hospitality and amenities. Andy provided us with thorough pre check-in information and was always quick to respond to questions. Having the home stocked with breakfast foods made for an easy transition. We especially enjoyed our daily delivery of fresh breads. There was a selection of wines and beers for purchase. My son is a sommelier and we had fun sampling some of them. The sauna and spa were a much needed way to relax and unwind. I loved the view from the sauna. I felt like I was in a medieval tower. Gnosca is a lovely small town with pristine views and a waterfall just a short walk away. We could hear the subtle sound of the water flowing when we were in the back yard. We rented the entire home and enjoyed complete privacy in the back yard. Comfortable beds and linens

We loved the place, the indoor swimming pool is big and warm. Bed was good, airconditioning worked very well. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone 🙂

Amazing place, calm, fresh when it gets hot, amazing view and terrasse. Perfect for 2 persons, had an amazing time around the lake. Thank you so much, we’ll be back
