Charming Holiday Home located in the authentic Sicilian village of Collesano. Collesano is located just a few kilometers from the stunning green mountain views of the Madonie Mountains, the seaside and town of Cefalu, as well as close proximity to Palermo. Secure and safe parking available. Large Terrace with panoramic views to enjoy daily coffee/meals while taking in the landscape. Air Conditioner only in the main bedroom with Queen size bed. The other 2 bedrooms only have a portable fan.

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . In 2021 was built a new and panoramic swimming pool that completes the villa and will make your vacation unforgettable. villa is for 5 guests.

The geographical position of this villa allows you to admire two landscapes: behind you, Mount Eurako, and comfortably, from anywhere in the house, the infinite and immense beauty of the sea. Precisely for this reason, a new, completely infinity pool overlooking the sea has been built. Cefalù, Palermo and Castelbuono are just a few kilometers away.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Tiny house at Le Madonie National Park

Collesano is a cute small town with genuine local restaurants and warm people nestled in the mountains at Le Madonie Natural Park and really close to Cefalù. The perfect getaway off the beaten track, away from all the touristic hustle but close enough to visit all historical and natural spots, you won't find a gem like this in northern Sicily where you can actually park next to the house. I have personally chosen this village after a motorcycle trip around Sicily from Malta.

The views are breathtaking, not least the one from the panoramic pool. La Mora is wonderfully secluded, yet by car you can reach the nearest village (Collesano) and in twenty to thirty minutes the beaches of Cefalù and the surrounding coast.
