Holiday rentals with beach access in Colorado River

Very clean, quiet and private. I loved the kitchen! Instructions are easy & clear. Peaceful environment and the water was a plus. Will definitely be back.

As a first time booker, Uwe and Frauke were very helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to see! They were very welcoming and Vargus is a private, well kept place to stay :) Had a lot of fun exploring Bombay and learning about its history

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Erika's studio is the perfect place to stay in Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I felt exceptionally safe and was provided everything I needed thanks to the spectacular host! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are traveling for work like me. Everything is close by (a quick drive) from groceries, to the lookout points, and the hospital. Thank you Erika for letting me stay and making my first trip to Parker such a positive experience!

We had an easy time finding the home and Carolyn and Gary were gracious hosts in every way. We were invited to their home made wood fired pizzas and we had a great time. We plan to make their home a regular visit when we come to Sedona. Highly recommend them Kevin and Tricia

The location was amazing and lived up to our expectations. The house had all the amenities you would ever need. The view of the Colorado River was amazing. The laundry room, linen closet and kitchen cupboards were well stocked. The house had two full washrooms. The property was very secure. John was amazing to change his families vacation plans to accommodate us because we could only go during the March break.

The stay at Kristi place was amazing! Cons: Resort office staff were rude and office closes at 4 (don't be late for check in). This is a trailer park resort with the spaces crammed on top of each other (not private). Front door was not obvious to find so it took me a minute to get inside. Place is small and the floors were slightly dirty. No ice maker which would be nice. Pros: Getting inside was easy once I found the front door. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you will definitely meet new people. The beach is right below the deck and you can carry kayaks up and down the stairs with relative ease. I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on the beach as it's only accessible to resort guests. Beds were super comfortable. Appliances were very nice and newer models. Deck and view of the lake are AMAZING! The whole vibe is adorable and Kristi was SUPER responsive and offered to have her cleaners come for the floors. I loved this place and definitely will revisit another time!

With the river in the back it’s such a nice place! You can be outside on the water or inside playing some games! Very versatile and fun for everyone.

Beautifully landscaped with a Gorgeous patio all lit up in the evening. My husband really enjoyed the peaceful get away. I thought it was a nice touch how Heidi provides the healthier shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hosts were great and communicative! Thank you so much!

Truly an amazing experience. The house was very cozy and clean, plenty of space for everyone, fun games and the dock was very peaceful. The river is the perfect depth for swimming the kids had no problem jumping in and being able to touch the bottom. Mark is great, quick to respond and very accommodating. We’ll be back!

Our stay was amazing! We instantly felt right at home, and the nature that surrounded us was extremely calming. We have small children and our host had so many fun extra toys to play with. There were many extra touches in the home that we appreciated. Mj and Elizabeth were responsive and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone, especially extended stays.

Our family has been going to Lake Havasu for spring break for the last 5 or 6 years. This house was by far the best. The kitchen is so stocked to seasoning to baggies it had everything you would need. Coffee was provided. We did buy some but wouldnt HAVE to go out the very first day. The outdoor space was perfect and cozy. Plenty of seating and the pool was heated and very clean. We love that this house had trees!!! Yes there are more leaves to clean up but trees!!! I would absolutely stay here again. I was a little concerned that the pool and yard guy would wake us up at 6am ringing the door bell but he didnt thankfully haha.

We loved the apartment, really very comfortable and beautiful, just as seen in the photos. Lorraine was very kind in answering any questions I had.

I stayed here for two months and had a very enjoyable time. Check-in and check-out were easy and the process was clear. The condo had everything I needed and was set up perfectly. The Wi-Fi and TV worked great. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and main roads. Both pools were amazing. The host always replied quickly and was very helpful. I also recommend paying a bit extra to use the sports facilities at the main clubhouse—it was worth it. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this riverside condo. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as board games and access to the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Was looking for a relaxing scenic location to stay in Las Vegas area for vacation and this was 1000% it! Condo was spotless and so quiet. Views from the balcony were amazing and sat out there every night. The pool was so wonderful in the June heat. The village is very walkable and had some great restaurants. The condo was exactly how it looked online and was so easy to access including underground parking. Traveling alone I was not sure but felt so safe in the area and felt right at home. Hard to leave such a beautiful place!!!! Hidden gem that everyone should book! Also Joe was very responsive to all my questions. Cannot give this listing enough stars it is just that amazing!

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.

Me and daughters traveled to Arizona for my oldest college graduation. Marissa and Jason’s place is 15 minutes from ASU as well as many restaurants. The location is approximately 20 minutes from the mall. The home feels warm and inviting. We arrived early, Marissa and Jason allowed us to check in early! The place was squeaky clean. We had plenty of linen for the 4 days that we were there. Me and my husband are planning to travel back to the area. We will definitely book again with Marissa and Jason.
