Nicole's place was the perfect stay for our anniversary. The home is the perfect middle location between The Village of Oak Creek and Downtown Sedona, making everything a 5-15 minute drive. Chapel of the Holy Cross was an incredible stop while we waited to check in, and there are plenty of hikes and views within a couple minutes of the rental. The only "issue" was that the house and pool were so relaxing that I didn't want to leave. Clark's Market had a great selection of food and drinks, and the grill was easy to operate. Skylights provide plenty of natural light throughout the home, the master bath was incredible and the hot-tub was the perfect place to enjoy at the stars at night. We would love to return here with family and extend our stay. Cannot recommend it enough.

Perfect home for our family of 6! Bedrooms each having their own bathroom and balcony was a huge plus! Beautiful home inside and out. Watching the sunrise poolside is something we’ll never forget. Pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. The home itself had comfortable beds, great water pressure, plenty of kitchen items, amazing natural light, and just made us feel at home. Having restaurants and grocery stores within minutes was awesome. We’ve stayed all over AZ, but Fountain Hills and this home is probably our favorite yet. May not be walkable for some, as it is a pretty steep walk to town, but having the option was a plus. Would stay at this property or any of Jeff’s properties if he has others. We absolutely loved it!

Excellent home! The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. An added bonus, two main suites! The backyard is so fun and really beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay. The home and pool were very nice. The waterfall at the pool wasn’t on but someone came out to get that working right away. The neighborhood felt safe when we walked in the morning. We weren’t able to park in the garage which I overlooked because the listing mentions driveway/street parking available but I thought that was in addition to garage parking. A full length mirror in the house would be nice. There was one big circular mirror on the wall in the closet in the master bedroom but wasn’t central for all to use. We missed having tvs in all the bedrooms but that wasn’t a big deal. We did enjoy all the outside covered seating for meals and games. The note in the kitchen telling us how to tip the cleaners if we want seemed off putting seeing as we already pay a cleaning fee and are also responsible for doing cleaning upon departure. These are all small things I noticed but would happily book here again. It’s a beautiful home and a great host!

We stayed here for a Bachelorette party, and the property was truly amazing. Everyone had such an incredible experience. The home alone was so beautiful, and did exceed expectations as to how the photos portrayed the home. From how clean it was, to how accessible things were this was truly a great property. Carrie gave clear instructions for our stay and was very responsive, always. This would be a place we would like to stay at again some time in the future.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Everything is high end and feels right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and everything was labeled to make your life easier. Pool area is super private and the pool was super clean! Highly recommended!

We had such an incredible stay! It was truly beautiful! The backyard was amazing, such a beautiful view, the family loved it. We would definitely stay here again! Not to mention our host Luke, he gave some incredible recommendations and was very kind. 💜

Ty’s place was so perfect for our stay, absolutely perfect entertainment space for friends and family, the pool is where we spent most of the days, Ty was very responsive for any of our questions and acted fast when we needed anything! Great location in Oldtown you will not be disappointed! 10-15 mins to anything you need!

Absolutely amazing Airbnb! The views are even better in person. Ginger is a wonderful and thoughtful host, and the home was so comfortable and well thought out. This is one of my favorite Airbnbs and we will be back!

Comfy beds, great pool, cute house!

Christopher’s place was breathtaking. From the beautiful views to the quiet neighborhood, it was my favorite place to relax and enjoy the beautiful night sky with my family. The pictures don’t do Christopher’s place justice. The beds were very comfortable, I loved the coffee bar, the living room was cozy, and the huge windows allowed in all the beauty surrounding his home. The pool was perfect during the warm afternoon when my kids wanted to spend some time outside! The hot tub was also nice to enjoy the sunset and see all the stars we don’t get to see in the city! Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at Natalie’s home. We enjoyed hanging out in the jacuzzi while cooking dinner on the bbq. The location was perfect for us, it was so peaceful at night. The views are amazing, the moon and stars shone bright every night. We 100% recommend Natalie’s home for your vacation in Sedona!

Wow, one of our favorite AirBnB experiences ever! The house is beautiful and so comfortable with gorgeous views of the red rocks from the lovely back patio area. The house is uncluttered but still had everything we could possibly need including a well-stocked kitchen. The surroundings were completely peaceful and in a perfectly location for walking to shops or driving a few minutes to a good hiking spot. Julie was incredibly responsive from the start and through our visit. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

I can’t say enough about the location…right below the red rock mountains and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Views are stunning. Neighborhood is private and quiet. The grounds of the house are impeccably landscaped and the house has a cool mid century modern vibe. It’s also close to the action of the town so just a short drive will get you to any shops and restaurants and local things to do. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here!! Wish we could have stayed longer! Great location to all the great spots in Sedona and the coziest stay! They were so helpful and communicative the entire time if we needed anything and even set up a high chair and pack n play for our kiddos!! Would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at Angela's place was wonderful. She provided very clear check-in information and was able to communicate with us when we landed to get us in the house a little early. The location was great for shopping, coffee places, and dinner. Not really anything around to walk to, but nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The house was really comfortable and clean. The living room setup was great to lounge and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. The outside area was really our favorite part. The pool was really nice during the day and at night and the outside TV area was great to sip our morning coffee at. It was also nice to have a speaker outside for our music while we swam. Overall the place felt like home. Thanks so much for the great stay!

We rented this Airbnb because it was right near our daughter, son in law and grandkids. Grandparents need their space too. There are a lot of things to do within 20 minutes if not less. The pool was great and refreshing. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The snacks were a welcomed surprise. I highly recommend people to rent this location.

Fantastic views and loved the cozy bedroom as well as how much parking there is. The learning curve here is steep with the SmartHome features as well as how seamlessly the doors blend. It will be easier to stay a second time but felt a bit challenging for a short stay.

Beautiful place! We felt right at home for the 4 days we stayed. The place was very clean and quiet. Unfortunately it was too hot to grill outside or use the pizza oven but we spent a lot of time in the pool and outside area. Appreciate the early check in as well! Would happily stay here again next time.
